Extremely unprofessional! My daughter has been going her since she was 5 (going on 4 years) and this place has been nothing but a headache! First even when I call to say her health insurance changed, they never changed it 3 calls later, finally updated. Changed insurance a second time SAME issues! Talked to the finance company they worked with and said this was a common experience with them. Then I make an appointment for and her psychiatrist now only works Wednesdays (use to go on Saturdays). And they call and hour before to tell me she isnt in today. She is out of her meds, as she doesnt take it over the Summer and the refill I had left expired. Completely unacceptable! If finding a child psychiatrist wasnt so God damn hard I would of left years ago! And their therapist for children are horrible stopped that a couple months in years ago. Run away! Far far away!

Refused to make an appointment for my daughter unless I discussed her issues in a public environment. Extremely un proffesional and unhelpful. I think they need to review the HIPPA rules, clearly they dont understand them.

I had the exact opposit experience. Whenever I needed immediate contact with my doctor the receptionist would give me her cell phone number. The staff is always extremely helpful and caring.

My son has really blossomed since coming here. His counselor is wonderful, the front desk staff are really kind, and I have nothing but praises for this place.
