Staltaros office will not work with you or your insurance carrier to get coverage. My carrier advised his office that coverage for testing was denied as they needed some more information. I called my insurance and they said it was covered but Staltaros office had to submit more information. Dr. Staltaro would not assist. He said. "We are done. We dont do appeals". It was not an appeal, they just needed some more information. He would have you pay over 1k out of pocket rather than make another phone call. I see doctor Staltaro responded below. My carrier would cover but needed his office to provide additional information. He just called me because of the negative review. My kids well being was not as important as a rating.

I had a wonderful experience with this psychologist. He helped me sort out my emotions and issues in my life and gave me some wonderful advice which I follow to this to this day. Clearly has a very calming and compassionate demeanour which made it very easy for me to open up to him. I highly recommend Dr Saltaro.
