My child was nervous about getting a cavity filled. They were pushy getting her to drink the "princess juice" and had an attitude when she accidentally choked some out of her mouth. It was gross my kid said and she typically loves medicine. Yuck. But when the "juice" didnt really have an effect on her they refused the let her hold the mask in the chair. They wanted me to pin my 6 year old to a board and strap her down!!! She was kicking and crying and yelling and the girl kept saying "she wont remember this". After attitude from the dentist we left. Now months later we are going somewhere else (hoping my kid will not be so scared with time passing) and she is begging me not to pin her to a board. She even remembers the color of the board and can describe the assistant in the room perfectly!!! My child, and I, were traumatized and they were so rude and only seemed to care about keeping their schedule on tract despite the fact my kids medicines were obviously not working! Needless to say, dont take your kid here for a sedation procedure!

First of all, I would like to let everyone know, I have never in my life dealt with such rude and unprofessional staff. I Received a phone call at my job and it almost seemed like they were all upset because I did not make it to their appointment. Then I received a letter telling me I was not allowed at their dental office anymore. I would never not even by mistake stop by this so called dental office, but I will give you one piece of advise, you didnt look like you had a lot of patience when I first stopped their and now it all adds up. Dr. Kwon I would reconsider what type of people you bring to your office, and If I were you I would have fired that brain less employee of yours, oh! by the way the letter was not really necessary because I was not planning to ever call and reschedule my appointment. Good luck!!

I have not been totally happy with Kwon Pediatric Dentistry but last Friday was the icing on the cake. My son had an appointment, scheduled 6 months ago, for Friday August 12th. The office had no record of this appointment. I understand that mistakes happen; however, the front office was not apologetic and did not make any effort to get him in within the next two months at our preferred time (the time this appointment was made for 6 months ago). They basically said that they had no record of the appointment, no availability for two months and that was it. I find it funny also that August 12th is 6 months to the date of his last appointment and we got an auto-reminder that our son was due for his 6 month appointment that morning. I still have the appointment card too for August 12th, 2016. Very disappointed!

If I could give her no stars I would I just got off the phone after calling her office to speak to the doctor and the doctor hung up on my face . Im not an over-the-top patient I never call their office all I wanted was a refill my daughter already had an appointment scheduled and she refused to give it to me and hung up on me. I will drive to Georgia before I go back to her office again and I will make sure that all of my friends that were going there will no longer be going there as well. I also plan to find her everywhere else on social media and write the same review Ive never been so passionate before about deterring people from going to an office. I already called my pediatricians office she referred me there let them know about the bad experience and they will no longer be referring to her as well.

Since day one of bringing my Children to Dr. Kwons Pediatric Dentistry, I noticed a HUGE difference. I used to take them to another Childrens Dentistry that felt more like a Chuck E. Cheese than a Doctors Office plus had bad reviews from fellow parents about Not being able to be with my kids while getting the check up or have to reschedule if they were fussy. But NEVER like that at Dr. Kwons. They dedicate time before starting to do the Check up and make the kids feel comfortable. They do have a few gadgets and gizmos to play with in the Lobby but it is always well kept, maintained, and such a warm/inviting area. Appointments are so convenient. I am so happy I made the switch and if I had to request a change: Make it a Family Dentistry! Above all, Best Childrens Dentistry in Georgia!

Wow, so apparently school age children get priority over the toddlers. They couldnt give me an appointment next week because its spring break. They couldnt give an appt until May because I needed it to be after 3pm, and thats when all the school kids come. Just because I have a small child doesnt mean I dont have a job. Not to mention her general demeanor was very rude! She kept sighing in the phone like she hated having to make an appointment for someone. Guess Ill be making my childs first appointment somewhere else. Ive heard great things about the doctors, but the receptionists need to get together it seems. SO disappointed!

Please do not use Dr.Kwon if you dont want your childs teeth messed up.When my daughter was 2,she broke her 2 front teeth.he said he didnt want to do nothing about it unless they started rotting.then about 6 moths after he decided to do a root canal and try to cap them after they started rotting on a three year old.Mid way through he came out in the middle and asked us what to do cause he messed up and filed them down too much.So the only option was to pull them after she just went through a painful root canal. This doctor is a quack. We now use Grayson Pediatric Dentistry and they are super great. They also accept wellcare

I would like to give this place a better rating but I just cant . Not after they booked my son the wrong appointment ( a cleaning instead of an emergency broken tooth apt ) and second, both the doctor and the lady who took the X-rays both gave me an attitude . The Dr. Didnt want me to explain how my baby broke his tooth and she didnt even ask if he was in pain . she just wanted to " do the exam " . I feel like they should be less rude and understand that dental emergencies are traumatic for both the parent and the child. Note : the rest of the staff were great and the place is very nice .

Good experience for my sons very first dental appointment. The dentist was friendly but didnt stay in the room long- I dont even know the name of the dentist we saw she was in and out so fast! I wish she had taken a little more time with us but she was good with my 2 yr old and had a pleasant demeanor. The Flowery Branch office next to Kroger is small but clean. Not a lot to entertain the younger kids in the waiting room but there were video games for the older kids. I liked it, but wont say I loved it.

Scary: Dentist did not provide proper after-care instructions because she was in a rush. But should there be after care for a filling??? My 11 yr old received a composite filling on 1 tooth. She had numbing gel and Nitrous gas during the procedure. The day after, she is in pain. Her entire jaw is swollen, he lip is sore and swollen, and she can not eat or talk well. I am highly irritated and upset. I will probably NOT go back to this office for service!!
