Doctor Mitrofan I wish you would be more upfront with your game plan and costs of services rendered. I understand every situation is different but all I had was a filling and a cleaning and my bill changed twice after leaving your office. I wish your front office would put more effort in providing accurate information because then it would match the excellent dentistry you provide. Moreover if they would explain future procedures so we can come up with a game plan on how to execute and pay for it would be beneficial to everyone. I just dont understand this backwards way of doing business. And thats why I cant come back because as a consumer I want the most accurate information so I can make an educated decision on how to move forward. With technology and access to healthcare systems I dont understand why that cant be done you guys know how much my insurance pays before I even get to your office and then once Im there you know everything else so why cant I leave with accurate information?

After dealing with Patrica, their extremely rude and lazy receptionist, I said I wouldnt go back. But, I decided to give it another try because I liked the dentist. I scheduled an appointment for myself and daughter. I was told wed be seen at the same time and when we arrived I was told that I would be seen at 2 and my daughter at 3. I wasnt happy but was already there and waited. They didnt take me back until 3 and then my daughter at 3:45. When we finally got home almost three hours later, my daughter tells me that the dentist asked her why her mom is so impatient and maybe she should go to another dentist and see how long she has to wait! I was so mad but calling there would do nothing so I will NEVER go back. How could you that to a child?? He didnt say one word to me when I saw him but you say that to a child? AND they only have one hygienist.

From the moment I called to make the first appoitment at this office I was very pleased with their service and very excited. Dr.Mitrofan was exceptional and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I was seen on time. My procedure was performed painlessly in very pleasant and professional . My teeth were in a terrible state and he has given me my smile back.Very knowledgeable and explains things in a way that the patient can understand. The pricing was given up front which is helpful when planning for a family on a budget. Thank you very much for your work, I will recomand to everyone !

Amazing Service, very happy... I know that usually everyone is skeptical when going to the Dentist. For once in my life I think i found a Dentist that gives me the peace of mind that I need knowing that I am under great hands.Dr Mitrofan is very helpful and suggestive in future procedures, I have found him to be reliable and straight forward. He is proactive when it comes to dental care, stressing the importance of proper brushing and flossing.I will always recommend to everyone... Highly recommended

I went lot of times as of today to dr Paul. He is attentive, very caring and good in his profession. He will explain what is wrong and offer you options. If you are not happy with options, you can always consult second opinion. However from my experience - he was doing his best with every single tooth it was supposed to be treated. Ill recommend him to anyone seeking a professional, not a fresh student or outdated cabinet.

Its a little far from where I live to Buford, but is well worth the 45min drive. I just want to say thank you for making me feel so warm and welcome every time. Tried 3 dentists so far. None of them was so professional and organized. ALWAYS on schedule! I never waited more then 10 min. Im glad that I found Dr. Mitrofan. Now I feel so much more confident when I smile.
