Not only did he save our baby Thor (GSD) when he was barely 8 weeks and severely dehydrated from a belly bug. But He avoided unnecessary tests to save us money and was honest about what was needed instead of lining his pockets at our expense. He came in on a Sunday for us immediately while other vets in Heber never even returned our frantic messages even that following Monday to see if we still needed assistance. He was reccommended by the PD as a quality vet and our whole family couldnt agree more. We drive from Cabot to see him even for nail trimmings (which more than once Dr. Sartin has sat on the floor with Thors head on his shoulder to reassure him). His assistants are always helpful and pleasant on the phone-knowledgable-polite and accommodating with hectic schedules. We will continue to use Dr. Sartin for check-ups even though we are moving out of state. Thor will come back to AR when we visit family here to see Dr. Sartin because he has 100% earned our business for life. God Bless him and his family, and Vet Assistants there at Sartin Veterninary Clinic.

I have to say my experience was the best I could possibly get. My baby tinkerbell had two calcium stones in her bladder that were bigger a quarter, and I didnt have enough money to pay $500 for surgery so I was at a loss for words and had anxiety and has no clue what to do. So they decided to post of Facebook and try to raise money for me to get help, people on Facebook helped me raise around $300 I paid $250 and I was so blessed and so thankful cause without them this would have never happened. My baby feels so much better and is being a normal happy dog
