Today I took my dog to the vet to be weighed I was not happy with dr. Graeff demeanor towards me and my dogs but as soon as he got behind closed doors he started yelling at his staff because they werent utilizing the resources and their time correctly there is a time and a place for this and that would be called office meetings instead of belittling staff members in front of customers. Walked in there just get my dog weight and ended up paying $119 for everything else that was not needed this day. I believe that he was there just to make money and not care so much for my pet. Stay away from him ... Update 5-23-16 I received a phone call from Dr.Graeff stating he would like to apologise ...... Is this alright he asked me . I told him that I was very upset and looking for a new vet . Dr.Graeff stated that things where very busy on Saturday. I replayed that my dogs apt. Was on Friday. Dr.Graeff replay was well what ever the day was . At this point I stopped him and told him that if he was going to call and apologize to some one that he should know the facts and remember what happen that day at the very lease the date of occurrences Yep like I said before stay away from this vet for he is just in it for the money

Having a bunny, its really important to have a vet who actually knows and understands the bizarre little creatures they are-- theyre not a dog, nor a cat, nor anything else-- theyre bunnies, with rather unique physiological circumstances. Thats why we were so happy to have found Dr. Bloomfield when we moved here some time ago. At the time we had an 8 year old bun, who ended up developing cancers (yup, plural…). I knew she really understood that he wasnt just "an animal" when she mentioned chemo options. We all knew it wasnt the best choice due to the aggressive nature of his situation, but it meant the world that she knew how much we cared about him. Were still seeing her, with our third bunny, and wed never consider going anywhere else. If theres something she isnt 100% sure on, she has rabbit experts she will check with. And knowing that makes us feel safe having our buns health in her hands. A shout out, also, to their vet techs, who have always been absolutely amazing with the pets! Its clear how much they love the animals by the care they show them.

Dr. Graeff and his Staff are wonderful! We have been taking our Lab, Murphy to him for 7 years. If Murphy hears Dr. Graeffs name, he immediately gets super excited for his appointment! Doctor has been there for us when, Murph blew out his knee and had it surgically repaired and it devastated our children when we took him in, as Murphy was in severe pain. Dr. Graeff patiently answered my young childrens questions about their hurt best friend. He reassured them that Murphy would be okay. I will never trust another office with my dog. Keep doing what you do best! You take excellent care of your patients!

Animal Care Hospital has been wonderful to work with. They are always helpful, smiling and caring. Their attention and care for our cat is outstanding and we are extremely sastified with the care he has received. It has always been easy to schedule with them or have questions answered over the phone. The staff also go above and beyond making our visits more personal, like when they let our three year old listen to our cats heartbeat. We cant imagine a better place to take our cat - Animal Care Hospital is exceptional in every single way!

I took my dog into Animal Care Hospital on a Sat without and appointment because she has having a hard time walking or moving. I got in with 10 mins and Dr Graeff diagnosed her with a back issue and prescribed her some medication. The medication started to help her almost immediately and over the course of the last two weeks she has fully recovered. Dr. Graeff did a great job of explaining to me what the issue was and how he was treating it. Thanks to their great service they have gained a life long customer. Ben C.

My highest recommendation! We had our new puppy seen at Animal Care Hospital and have been happy with the facility, the staff and most importantly, the Veterinarians. They guided us in determining the best health care strategy for our new family addition and helped identify a pet insurance policy to cover many of the new puppy treatments, immunizations and procedures anticipated. As a bonus they offer boarding services that we plan to use soon. We are a very satisfied customer.

Youll never, ever find a better veterinary clinic. The doctors and technicians at Animal Care Hospital are all genuinely concerned about the animals that come into their clinic for care. One of my cats is an anti-social little creature who generally doesnt like most people - but during her examinations here, she actually purrs! Honest, caring, and very good at what they do, the people here are the best Ive ever found to care for my animals. Five stars and highly recommended!

The vets & staff at the clinic are very good w my 7mo old dog. He is very excitable but they seem to calm him down & doesnt appear to feel the shots. They seem to be very knowledgeable about different breeds & problems. The previous vet I went to was nice but didnt have a clue when my prior dog got sick & we spend hundreds of $ on tests, before we had to put her down. I wish we had gone here where I feel more confidence in the Vets. They are also prompt w getting appt.

I absolutely LOVE this office. We have been going here approximately 5 years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. The office is always clean and doesnt smell like animals/medications, staff is polite and courteous, appointments are kept very timely, and they are very professional and you can tell that they care about the health of the animals. I trust this office to treat my pup as if she was their own, keeping her best interest at heart.

We take our cat and our puppy here. The staff know our pets by name and are always friendly and welcoming. They happily answer all of our questions (and sometimes we have a lot), even when our appointment is near the end of the workday. I would recommend this vet to my friends and family! Also, their boarding rates are incredibly reasonable and we feel safe leaving our puppy there as theyre familiar with each other already!

Animal Care Hospital took care of me and my variety of pets! I brought in my guinea pig, Mozi, he had a lump under front leg. (I thought he had a tumor.) Animal Care Hospital told me it was an abscess, They saved Mozis life. After that, we brought in 4 kittens we found abandon near my work. Animal Care Hospital worked with us, and the staff was amazing. I would highly recommend them for any of your pets!

Just chose this hospital, in the last 3 months, because I was disappointed and upset with my last Vet. My 4 cats were handled expertly without stress. Dr. Laura Bloomfield listens and converses with me. Unlike the previous Vet who made orders and took money. Previous Vet hospital wasnt even certified and charged much more for every service. So grateful to have found Animal Care Hospital and Dr. Bloomfield.
