I called this clinic to try to find out what to do about the mites on my bird. The front desk agent was one of the rudest individuals I have ever spoken with on the phone. She would not even let me schedule an appointment with the vet to come and and ask him what are the steps I need to take to remove the mites from my bird. Not even to mention she hung up on me in the middle of our conversation.

Pets are worth the extra expense, and I trust the vets there. Really like that they can be available 24/7 because animals seem to like getting sick on the weekend or late at night.
