We will always go to Animal Clinic of West Plains, as long as we live in this area. Doc Ulmanis and his staff have always taken great care of my familys pets. Weve known & trusted Doc to do what is best for our pets for many years. We tell all our friends and family to go to the Big Red Barn vet clinic. Doc & his team have a huge heart for animals, and the people who love them.

When we decided to raise Bordeaux we visited all but 1 vet in West Plains and there was no other as good as Dr Ulmanis and his staff. They are very professional and when one of dogs has a problem Doc doesnt stop until he knows whats wrong. Best doc and staff in town!

"Great Big Thanks to Lisa" for doing such a terrific job on grooming on our Australian Sheppard. He is very sensitive so it hard to work on him however Lisa overcame the challenge. He looks and feels great. He will definitely visit his professional groomer again.

Always over charged, always did things without permission, when we did see the vet it was for 5 minutes maybe. The staff was alright, I just do not agree with their business practices.
