Tender Care Animal Hospital is wonderful. Weve been taking our cats and dog there for almost 5 years. Dr. Hinson has been our primary vet, and she is superb. Here are a few of the reasons: 1) They are always timely in returning calls, sending out appointment notices, and follow up calls for appointments. 2) Dr. Hinson is very thorough in providing all the information needed in order to make an informed decision when multiple treatment options are available. 3) My animals and myself are always treated with respect, and the staff is very friendly and supportive. 4) While no one wants to admit it, money is always a factor in pet care. The staff and Dr. Hinson have never once made us feel bad for inquiring about prices and treatments options. She has always worked with us by providing us with honest medical opinions that will work best for our pets. I have never left feeling like there were unnecessary treatments or costs. 5) On multiple occasions, I have called to make an appointment for a semi urgent medical problem with my cat, and even though they didnt have any openings available immediately, they made time to see my cat on both occasions. Dr. Hinson even came in on her day off to take care of my cat. Tender Care Animal Hospital, Dr. Hinson, and the staff are wonderful For as long as I live in the Iowa City/Coralville area, this is the place I will take my animals.

Dr. Hinson was our main vet and she is fantastic. My dog was always nervous to go to the vet, but he would always calm down when he saw her. She is very knowledgeable, and obviously loves animals. My dog had a long illness and both doctors were great about following up to check on him. When he deteriorated so quickly at the end, they got us in right away and were extremely compassionate. All of the staff were friendly and professional throughout the years there. I would highly recommend.

I wouldnt take my pets anywhere else except Tender Care. I think Dr. Graf really understands, and he really cares about the animals. I think the techs are also great, they show how much they care when we walk through the door. I would tell people not look at all the reveiws and just go in and experience the love these people have at Tender Care. People need to think twice about what they put on the internet!!! Tender care animal hospital Rocks!!!

I love Dr. Cheryl and the rest of the staff! My dog doesnt even mind coming in to get her nails clipped cause the girls always shower her with love when shes there...she barely notices! Weve never had a bad appt and the follow up calls are greatly appreciated. I can call whenever I have a question and if someone isnt available I always get a call back the same day which is always a relief for a doggy mama. Recommend these guys to anyone!

Tender Care is a great place. The Staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Graff is very caring and really tries to help you furry one. This is the only place I take my cats and dog!! I would highly recommend them!! The negative reviews on here must have been when someone else was working there. Dr. Graff rocks!!!

Best. Vet. Ever. Dr. Hinson sat with me for an hour and answered all my questions and called me a few weeks later to check up on my dog. You can tell that the staff at TCAH really care about you and your pet and want to help find the best solutions for your situation.
