The NEW staff has been amazing!!!!! The girl up front acknowledged us as soon as we walked in the door even though she was on the phone. The blonde tech handled our rescue dog superbly. She didnt look our dog in the eye noticing the high anxiety and eventually our baby warmed up to her IN THE ROOM! When Dr. Wredey came in she was calm, nice, and informative. Very professional. I was so comfortable and more importantly so was our dog. I had a bad experience with old staff and doctor in previous years. I didnt approve of the questionable actions and lazy care of one of the female doctors and a few techs and thus decided to stick closer to home for my veterinarian needs as I live on the west wide of the river. My fiance had taken our dog to a new rehab vet near us in OFallon and had mentioned he did not like how they handled our rescue pup. He recognized one of the doctors here as the previous doctor from veterinary care center (the same shady doctor from years before) I then decided to return for some routine care at veterinary care as a trial run and will be returning as a lifetime client as long the staff and veterinarian remain. It seems they have redone the building and the staff, and it is for the better!!! Thank you all!

I couldnt be happier with the excellent service and empathy that I receive at Veterinary Care Center. The entire staff truly cares about my pets, and I never feel rushed or that they dont have time to answer all of my questions. If I have a sick pet, they have always made room to see them immediately. I have multiple dogs and cats, and they handle even my difficult large dogs with compassion and patience. Pricing is very reasonable, especially for the level of care I receive. I have been to many vets in the St Louis area in the past 30 years, and this one is the best in my opinion. I will always make the trip to see these doctors!

We are a multi-dog household and have ALWAYS received great care at VCC. All the staff and doctors are friendly, concerned and compassionate. A bonus is that they are quick 10 minutes from our house and are open to working with us to set appointment times. Very recently, one of our dogs had to be euthanized. It was done with sweetness and dignity for all, and we are grateful for this. Our remaining two dogs will always be VCC patients.. plus they give out good post-exam treats!! Many thanks to all at VCC. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I brought my older puppy in for veterinary services. The staff was very kind and helpful. Problem is there are so many dogs, noise and chaos that my dog came home shell-shocked. Also, he smelled like the urine of several dogs, which was so pungent that he needed a bath. He was active and put in a run and seems like he was left there most of the day. Vet services are already stressful, so in the future Im choosing a smaller, more tranquil environment for him, and a place that sends him home clean.

A Private User

I and my kitty (now kitties as of a couple months ago) have been clients for 2-3 years now. I have seen Dr Mueller and Dr Witten and both are knowledgeable and personable. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and reassuring when Ive been worried about something. My older cat has some chronic conditions that are well-managed with the help of VCC. Even though I currently live about 40 minutes away, the drive is worth it.

The vets bed side manner wasnt impressive considering it was my very first visit. They wanted to give my dog his shots in the back & I wasnt comfortable with that, so I requested them to be done in front of me. I have a 5 month old Cane Corso & I think they were intimated by him & his aggressive bark. Overall, it was kind of a dry place, no one seemed to be excited, very mundane.

I just switched clinics and couldnt be happier. My dog is a part of our family, so Im very picky with her care. We had an emergency a few months ago and they were able to get us in same day. Our previous clinic (that we were with for 8 years) never had same day/ sick appointments and they were double the cost. Im so happy I found this place.

Veterinary Care Center was amazing. We are so grateful to have them as our Vet clinic. They gave us wonderful support and we could tell how much they cared for us. We have taken our two dogs to VCC for several years. They have always received excellent care and you can tell the staff loves what they do and truly care about your pets. I always recommend VCC to my friends. Brittany goes out of her way to make certain you and your pets are comfortable and happy!

If you enjoy have to pay an absurd amount of money for pointless checkups and procedures then this is the place for you amd your pet!! The old Vet that worked here was great, as soon as the new girl took over this place went down hill. I will not be returning
