Dr. Brett Ziegenbalg has taken care of our aging Siamese cat for the last three years of her life. He was extremely competent and I would recommend him without any reservations. When we took our cat with us to spend this last winter in Florida, we had to call him with some concerns we had about what a Florida vet was recommending. He immediately answered our call and was a wonderful source of information. He didn’t charge us for this consultation. When we returned this spring (May 2013), it was regretfully, time to put our cat to sleep (she was almost 19 years old). He let us stay with the cat while he very humanely put her to sleep. A week after that, we received a sympathy card from his office. Each of his staff involved not only signed the card, each also wrote a nice short note about our cat. In short, this office is above and beyond any veterinarian office that I have personally been to. I highly recommend Dr. Z and his courteous staff. Whenever he saw or treated our cat, his examination was the most thorough. He always listened to our concerns and offered several options for treatment.

I find the above comment about it being a great place to be false. I called about my cat that hadnt Eatin in two days and they told me to bring him in and they would get him in so I leave work early only to get up there and sit for 30 mins and them to tell me Im sorry but the doctor is booked for the rest of the day and will not be here tomorrow...... ARE YOU KIDDING ME! thank you ozark animal clinic... Your apology was real convenient for my animal that hadnt eaten in two day and for my leaving work early. I will never use them again nor refer anyone to this place. If you value your animals friendship and life take you animal to a place that gives a crap. Not a place that lies to you... I could had taken him somewhere else had they told me in the first place that the dr was booked instead of yeah come on in. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!

The Ozark Animal Medical Center is a new, beautiful and extremely well equipped facility. Brett Ziegenbalg, the doctor and owner and his staff take excellent care of their patients and borders. Dr. Ziegenbalg is a highly skilled doctor of vetinary medicine. He treats each of his patients as if they were his own. I highly recommend Dr. Ziegenbalg and his team to anyone wanting the obtain the best possible care for their pet.
