Let me start out by saying that I have been to several vets over the years, and this is by far the best. From the office ladies and vet techs all the way to the doctors themselves, they are kind, compassionate, as well as reasonably priced. Dr. Weichmann literally saved my dog Baileys life. On a Friday morning we woke up to him at the bottom of the stairs very lethargic. I immediately called Valley Animal Hospital to let them know that we were on the way. As soon as I walked in carrying Bailey, he was seen right away. From that moment, it was no less than 15 minutes later he was having emergency surgery to remove a mass on his spleen. She diagnosed, performed an ultrasound, and had let me know what was going on in less than 5 minutes. To anyone reading this review I unreservedly recommend Valley Animal Hospital. Dr. Weichmann is a truly astounding doctor, and they have my business for life.

Weve been coming here for a long time, six or seven years, I think. Weve seen every doctor there, except for the newest one. They are all kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. My dog had to have a toe removed a couple years ago, and they were so great with both of him and me. It really helped the process go smoothly. And, since we were there so often after that, getting bandages changed and what not, we got to know several of the techs as well. And, they are all lovely. Several of them still know my dog by name, even though we are only there once or twice a year now. And, we price shopped a bunch of vets in the Fox Valley area before choosing Valley. They were by far the most reasonably priced. Theyve got my wholehearted recommendation.

We just moved to the area in March of 2015 and were referred here by a close friend. The staff is amazing! Dr. Ruth Wiechmann, Dr. Jennie Christakos, and Marge were especially wonderful when our Golden Retriever, our first baby, became suddenly ill. The staff got us in first thing in the morning and when we found out he wouldnt make it to the next day, they helped us through an incredibly difficult time. Not sure how they do it every day, but like I said they are amazing! They are great with our other two dogs as well! It was hard switching vets but they made it an easy transition! I highly recommend them!

My six year old German Shepherd does not love going to the vet ... okay, she hates it, but Valley Animal Hospital, the doctors and technician staff alike, always make it as pleasant as possible for both myself and Kiana. Theyre extra attentive to her "escape" tactics and kindly oversee her not-so-friendly tension. The doctors have always explained various situations thoroughly, always presenting best-option choices which I really appreciate. Their pricing is very fair and Im very glad to call Valley our pet-care home. We wouldnt go anywhere else. <3

Valley Animal Hospital has taken great care of my five pets (three cats and two large dogs) over the last nine years. No shady upcharges or unnecessary tests. Pets have been in age range from kitten/ puppy to geriatric. Unfortunately have had to have three put down (geriatric issues). For a small charge, VAH came to our home and then respectfully took our pooch for cremation. For the other two instances, we went to the vets office. Again, professional, respectful and caring staff took care of our four-paws and us.

WONDERFUL PLACE! Ive been to many vets throughout my lifetime and this place is by far the most wonderful vet Ive been too. Theyre affordable, pleasant, friendly, patient, and caring. Theyre prices are very affordable and I felt that they really cared about my dogs wellbeing. Ive seen Dr. Humphries two times now and I cant pay her enough kind compliments. From the receptionists to the technicians to the vets themselves, you know you and your animal(s) are going to be taken care of and treated right.

Ive been taking my cat to Valley Animal Hospital for over 5 years, first only because they were so close to where I moved; Geneva. (Sorry!) I kept coming back because they proved to me that they care about my pet! When I call the office I am always happy with how they handle any situation I have, regarding my cat, rescheduling an appointment, anything! They truly are a wonderful group of caring, compassionate people who always go above and beyond to assist you with your pets needs. Thank you VAH!

Our family cant say enough about the doctors and staff here. They take great care of your pet. We have been coming here for years and when we lost our first pet they went out of there way to make everything as painless for her and us as possible. When we finally after many years brought a new pet into your family they welcomed us back as we had never left. And as new nervous pet parents they put all our concerns at ease as we went through all the new pet owner concerns all over again shots etc...

We drive 35 minutes to take our cat and dog to Valley Animal Hospital (recently moved away from the St. Charles Geneva area). We have loved each vet that has seen our two fur-children. Highly recommend. They also didnt bat an eyelash when we walked in first thing in the morning with a sick cat that had stayed the weekend with the ER vet in St. Charles and still needed care. Wonderful staff. Quickly gets questions answered. Wouldnt think to take our animals anywhere else.

When we adopted a retired racing greyhound, the agency told us that it was important to make sure that we chose a vet that understood the special needs (bad teeth, unusual responses to anesthesia, etc.) of our dog. The vets at Valley Animal Hospital were recommended to us, and I have been very impressed with their professionalism and kindness toward our dog. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking especially for a veterinarian for their greyhound.

Love the vet assistants and doctors. They truly make you feel like they care about your pet as it is their own. I had taken my cat Buttercup their as she was in bad health. They kept her their for the day to monitor her. It is a scary situation when your pet is so sick. It was so comforting to know that she was in good hands. They are amazing all around. Would highly recommend taking your animal here.

Great vet!! They have an awesome staff that really seem to care about each animal that comes through, and they take time to get to know them and answer questions or concerns you may have. Having had numerous dogs and cats over the years (all with their own quirks) and seeing different vets all throughout the suburbs, Valley is definitely tops! Plus they have a Keurig, which always makes the waiting better.

The Doctors and staff are very friendly and courteous. They treat my cat as if she was their own, very gently and kind. This is my first cat and I feel like I am still learning how to care for her, yet the staff listens to my concerns without making me feel inferior due to lack of experience as a new cat owner. I highly recommend them to anyone who is concerned about quality care for their pet.
