I dont usually go out of my way to post poor reviews but this place deserved a special mention because of the atrocious amount of neglect, irresponsibility bordering on very legally actionable malpractice,. The lack of communication and promises to return calls that never came two days in a row that altogether, amounts to being aloof and whistling past the graveyard in the presence of a what can turn out to be a very serious medical situation that is already going downhill. There is an easy solution but has so far, resulted in stonewalling and withholding of any answers to why important medication that is being withheld from a very frail client of mine when any doctor worth their degree KNOWS that it is life-threatening to who is being handled like she is Hercules and can take the abuse. She has been very responsible in paring down her dosage but with this specific med, it is a very slow process and just to make sure she has SOMETHING, she is now suffering from withdrawals, her body feels like she is undergoing acupuncture as if needles are being pricked into her entire body, and as a person who is documented to have chronic pain and grossly sensitive (it says it in the charts but last time the doctor ASSUMED that she had no pain and when corrected, acted apathetic while lowering the dosage of her pain medication) it is absolutely appalling and against the Hippocratic Oath that all doctors USED to be legally bound to upon entering the practice. Do no harm? Hardly. I am seriously considering legal action if this continues and I am not somebody who sits idly by while the people I care about most are wronged in such a way. DO NOT go to this clinic. They just get their easily obtainable and guaranteed Medical dollars and leave the people they are supposed to look after who are most vulnerable, even more vulnerable than when they started. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting at the highest level. Gross negligence galore and judging by other reviews I have seen around the web, it sounds like standard operating procedure at this place. It is truly sad. Is this another facility that treats humans like cattle? Well, yes. Yes, it is, so beware.

This is the worst clinic. They treat people poorly - front desk are rude and unfriendly. They treat people lowly. My parents went to them for several years when they were locate on the corner of Oak Ave. and Sunrise and took their abuse and poor service. They doctors never did anything. They dont return your calls in a timely manner and sometimes they dont return your call at all. When you call they put you on hold for sometimes 30 minutes. I guess they think you will hang up. Their referrals take months to get. My sister is currently seeing a nurse practitioner there, when she asked to see the doctor they told her, there are limited appointments for their doctors and that she doesnt meet their criteria to see the doc. My sister is ill and doesnt drive and has limited mobility. I picked her prescriptions up for her several times, but after she called them on a few things she didnt like; they told her that she is the only one who can pick the script up. I took her and asked them about it and they said it was their new Molina policy. I asked for a copy of their policy and no where did it say that. They give her the run around every time and she always had to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour past her appointment time; sometimes longer. If you are looking for a clinic that are professional and compassionate; I would not recommend this clinic. For a fact after this last visit and the treatment; we are filing a compliant with California Patient Advocate. I only give this a 1 star because I have to choose something.

Im hard to please usually when it comes to medical offices and professionalism. This office however deserves a good review. The most amazing part is that I can make an appointment the following day! The facility has new equipment and is clean. The waiting room is spacious and clean. The doctors are nice, informative, compassionate and understanding. All their staff is professional-they dont talk "smack" in front of other patients and it seems that patient needs come first which is good to feel. They have a nice online system where you can see your test results, book an appointment and view your appt history. The nurses are nice too and although sometimes they may seem like they are in a rush, I can sense that they still try. One of the nurses told me she would call me back to make a follow up appt and I got a call back within the next hour after my appt. I really like this location and am transferring my family members here!! Thank you for your service.

Hard to get appointments. Wanted to check up on my XRAY results and told that it would be a month down the road to follow up on it. Have had several back issues in the past and needed an appointment too and the next available appointment was also down the road. Was told to go to the emergency room if it kept up which I dont have any way to get to the emergency room. The only reason why I go to this clinic is because its easily accessible by bus and I dont have the physical means to travel far sometime. Nurses advice line is not too good - They dont pinpoint the problem. They just ask you a series of questions on the computer and your answers determine the appropriate action to take. Not a very helpful line at all. Doctors are very nice though and so is the staff I think the overall experience at Molina could be a bit better.

The front desk was polite and friendly but the nurse I had doing my vitals was a complete you know what. No personality. Wanted to walk out due to her cold nature. Hate your job and hate people, then quit. Do yourself a favor Miss personality, take classes on how to be a compassionate human being. The female doctor I had was extremely sweet and compassionate. She listened to my concerns and made sure I got the attention I needed for them. I was extremely happy to have been seen by her. She did not make me feel uncomfortable and had me smiling the whole time. We need more doctors like her.

Im always blown away by the level of service at the front desk. The staff in the back are a bit better. But the front counter girl is always curt bordering on rudeness. They provided no paperwork and when I didnt sign the paperwork they thrust some random papers towards me. I mean. I guess thats what we get for state provided medical care. But a class on customer relations might be beneficial. I arrived 15 mins early and have bee mn waiting for about 45. They tell me there are 5 doctors...so wouldnt that get one in sooner?
