You have to wait months at a time to try to see the same doctor. Some of the office staff are really rude, which is really disheartening if youre feeling ill. Even just calling takes a long time to get a hold of anyone. The waits in the waiting room take a couple hours at least before youre placed in a room to wait another hour and when the doctor finally sees you, theyre in a big hurry to get you out the door. There are plenty of friendly office people and I havent met an unfriendly nurse or rna, but it seems like this clinic is taking on more patients than they can handle to the point that they cant offer quality care. Ive been with them about a year and Im changing providers.

I wouldnt even give these people one star! The staff is rude. Theres no point in scheduling appointments here cuz they are scheduled months out from when u need to be seen. I told them which pharmacy to send my prescription to and of course it wasnt there. I called and they told me they sent it to my old pharmacy so I had to wait till the next day due to missing my chance cuz of work to pick up prescription and guess what!? Its not here where they said it would be. Plus the lady who told me it was here was rude and acted like I was dumb for not knowing. Now Im on the phone with them and of course with another rude representative

Muy mal servicio, tienen personas de mal carácter no tienen forma de cómo atender ni hablar al paciente, como si no quiserán que la gente no llegará, no entiendo para que trabajan en eso si no les gusta lidiar con las personas, es la peor clínica de todas

My husband and I have received the best treatment from this facility! We were with Kaiser for the longest time and now are unable to afford Health care coverage. We started going to Community Medical Centers on Hammer Ln and have had nothing but wonderful care. Everyone is so nice and respectful.... we are so thankful to have a clinic like this that we can turn to in our time of need.

Service here is mediocre. The most frustrating is scheduling appointments. It literally takes months to try to get an appointment. In one breath, after the doctors visit, staff tells me they dont have the calendar to schedule an advance appointment; however, when I call to schedule an appointment, they dont have appointments available until minimum of 2-3 months later. Stupid.

Worst service I have ever had for me an my kids the drs are lost an so are the assistants at front desk an back nurses never send out lab work an never know what my apt are for are my kids always have to tell them an they never know what shots they have given my kids even thought they have it on there computer an I bring there yellow cards in to show proof worst service ever

Worst place to go to if you plan on just going in and out, waited 2 hours just to be called in to do paperwork, then another 30 min to see the doctor rudest doctor i have ever seen, would not recommend this place
