I had to move my mother out of the Auburn area so we tried a few of the other sites in Roseville and Ill never go to them again. It is worth the drive to Auburn to have quality care for my elderly mom. Thank you!

No patient greeting! What has happened to customer service? You sign in on a computer not even a smile from receptionist. People are there for some very serious problems and there isnt even a "Good Morning"
