My mom stayed at this facility recently. I have never written an online review before, and I am specifically going out of my way now to do so because this place really deserves it. First off... Note that I am a very particular person, that pays close attention to detail and all, so it is a big deal that I am taking the time to do this review. I would like to put my honest opinion out there so that the next person that reads this review doesnt feel as weary about this facility as I did at first researching online. My mom was in the hospital due to falling when we were out running errands--causing her to injure herself drastically. The casemanagers at the hospital and doctor recommended for my mom to go to a skilled nursing facility, though we had never been to one before, we decided it was for the best in order for her to recover and get some therapy. I did my research online like many others, and the hospital did provide me with a list of locations for me to look into. I was unsure about Roseville Point due to the low ratings it had online, but I decided to check it out since they did have a couple good ones. Let me tell you, when I walked into the building I was surprised by how nice it was, clean, smelt fresh, the staff was SO genuinely friendly. I was quickly assisted and given a tour. I was able to speak to some of the family members who told me great things about the facility and the patients seemed happy. Overall, I decided to give Roseville Point an opportunity. I was very pleased with my moms stay. She recovered quickly, she was happy, the staff is so friendly and CARING. They make you feel welcome, and accommodate to your particular needs. Every time we had a concern we addressed it and someone was always ready to direct us into the correct department or find an answer, or solve it themselves if they could. The only complaint I have is the wait times when my mom would press her call button. However, we understood that of course there are other patients who need assistance as well. Like I said, sometimes it did take a little bit longer to wait for assistance but from what I have heard from others thats a typical characteristic of nursing homes. I made their Administrator aware of it, and he took note and I was told it is something they are constantly working to improve on. I would like to make clear, that though I dock them a star for it; once they do get to you, they give you exceptional service and never made my mother feel rushed. Hopefully we dont have to come back to a nursing home for a long time... but if we did, we would DEFINITELY come back to Roseville Point. YES WOULD RECOMMEND!!!

A Great Experience! Our residential care home received a resident from Roseville Point just this week. The family flew in from Southern California and wanted dad moved while they were in town. It was last minute and rushed, but Roseville Point made it happen. I especially appreciate the folks in the Social Services department: Mariela and Alona. They worked hard to make a quick and safe discharge possible. They took the families preference seriously and made the transition very smooth. Thank you! My mom fell at home and nearly passed away. After a few quick days in the hospital, the doctor said she needed some more time to recover. He recommended Roseville Point. Taking her there was the best decision we made. They are so friendly and compassionate and took amazing care of my mother. Everyone there was happy, and the room and bathrooms were super clean. My mom loved the food, which she never does, and left so much healthier! I cant thank the team at Roseville Point enough! I would recommend them to everyone!!

I have never had a loved one in this facility but I know of people who have or actual patients who have been there and they all have horror stories of the uncaring staff, from the main bosses to the floor staff. Patients are not checked on, not give meds on time, not given water when needed just ignored really. Plus items are always missing and never found unless it is a worthless piece of something. I would not put my dog or cat in this place. One star just because

Roseville Pointe provided excellent rehab and nursing care to my 94 yr old father after a stroke. As an advanced practice nurse, its difficult to provide care that is sufficient with my expectations but Roseville Pointe did just that for my father. After four weeks he was strong enough to come home. Thank you to Roseville Pointe for quality caring and compassionate care.

My dad was here for 4 days. They let him get so dehydrated that his kidneys shut down and he had to be rushed to the hospital. He ended up in icu for a week and came close to dying. When we went to collect his belongings, they returned none of his clothing we had taken. I would think twice before I put a loved one here.

This place is above and beyond all the staff are great they have a good team from nursing dept to rehab and the office.. 5 star facility

Roseville Point is very clean, the staff are caring, friendly and its obvious they all take pride in their jobs.
