BOYCOTT HEALTH WORKS. I had been a customer for 8 years. All previous visits were terrific. The last visit in August of 2013 was like going to a different business in a developing country. They didnt seem to care, particularly doctor J****s. I made numerous attempts to contact Health Works headquarters in Los Angeles and despite 5 letters and countless phone messages to their customer service department and as of this date, not one single response from them ?! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Rude assistance at the front counter!! Not what you want to have when paying for visits or trying to get copies from previous appointments!! This place needs more organization and a better way of providing great customer service!

Super long wait. Came for physical exam was waiting in lobby for 3 hours. Test took less than 15 minutes. The worst clinic Ive been to.... shame!!!!
