I have been in there 3 separate times and each time I was turned away because they werent taking anymore patients with over an hour until closed. What is the point if you cant even get medical treatment. I try to use urgent cares so I dont help clog up the EMERGENCY room with a non emergency problem but couldnt get in on an appointment at my primary care dr. And people wonder why it takes so long to get seen at an er! When you have an actual emergency. We need better non emergency medical facilities in our area. Ones that are open when your dr offices isnt like at night!

The person who saw my boyfriend (I say person because the man was in the room for less than five min, didnt introduce himself and had his back to us almost the whole time) barely looked at his arm said it was scabies went to leave, we stopped him & asked about our 7 mo baby he said no its fine not really contagious then leaves. I took our daughter to her pediatrician who said one only does she need to be treated but so does everyone in the house.

Nothing it weekend okay at First Lady up front was nice and all the nurses were nice but then once I was seen the doctor was rude and said he couldnt help and didnt know what was wrong did not even look at me much less talk to me for more than 5 seconds. also they were not busy and so its not like he had anything else to do absolutely ridiculouse!

Nasty rude people, kept hanging up on me and then left me on hold with that horrible elevator music. These people should not operate a med business. City council will hear from me! And the med bd.

I showed up at 5:20 pm and they were clpsed till 5:45 pm. However once they were opened i was called and seen all in 30min. Best experience I have had in this area ever! Thank you so much Dr. Joe!!!

Ive only had good experiences with Immediate Care. Theyre are usually quick, polite.
