Si pudiera no les daría ni una estrella de verdad que pésimo trato tienen hacía los niños; la persona de las radiografías le grita a mis niños y la doctora bajo el brazo de mi niño de 5 años con agresividad y le dijo gritandole: -" No eres un bebé comportate". Yo no vuelvo nunca. En verdad ese es su profesionalismo yo no le grito a mis hijos. Respetar a los niños como a los adultos por que son seres humanos y no son inferiores. Espero que no les pase a ninguno pero si pueden evitar esta oficina mucho mejor.

I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment, which I was scheduled for, 3 whole weeks ago. Was not welcomed with at least a smile, the receptionist spoke very softly, it was hard to understand her. Though she did her job well, I didnt really have any issues with her. So after checking in and filling out some papers, I waited at least a whole hour until I was finally called in. But while I was waiting, I noticed that other patients were checking in and were being called in no more than 10 minutes after waiting. Maybe it was because their problem was more urgent than mine, but if that was the case, they should have been scheduled before my appointment, instead of making me, come in early, waste time sitting around, to be called in very, very, very late. My check in with the Doctor, lasted like 5 minutes too. If I ever needed urgent care, this is the last place I would confide for them to take care of me.

For the most part the services and staff at the various clinics are good at their jobs as well as dealing with clients one on one however the clinics one BIG failure is their call center and reception staffs which do not answer the phones in a timely or professional manner! Most times I have had to call a location it has taken up to 30 minutes to reach a human being and even then they either do not know how to reach the department/person I need to speak with or they come across as if they had never been taught how to interact with the public! I am a former HR Manager and find this to be a major problem which often results in my taking my business somewhere else after about the 5th or 6th time I experience this lack of communication and professionalism! Gods help the patient who needs a fast or even immediate response as they will not receive one!!!

My first time there and I had a three hour wait... One and half hour in the lobby, one and a half hour in the examination room. Then my child was finally seen. Second visit, we waited two hours instead of three. Its been happening every single visit. The doctors are kind, but it seems understaffed if you have to wait so long to be seen each time you visit.
