I got there at 7:50 to make sure I could get my drug screening for my new job done early. 3 of us were standing waiting till 8:10 when they finally opened the door (they open at 8am). It took 90min because "the computer system was down" for me to pee in a cup. All the while 7... SEVEN different people came in and had already been seen and left. I waited 2 days to hear from them with nothing. I called them only to find out my test had to be sent out to a lab and it would take 48-72Hours BOTH WAYS. And I could get no explanation on why. Youve cost me 4-6 days of work. $17hr x 48hrs of work = $816 of lost pay... Do I need anymore reason to give you?

Went here for a drug screening. When I signed in they said it would be a 30 minute wait. I had hydrated prior to going to this office so was holding my piss for almost an hour. When I went to ask how long it might be before the screening they said I had two people in front of me when initially they said there was only one other person ahead of me. I would not reccomend this place. Make an appointment or wait for what feels like an eternity.

Would not recommend going here, service is really bad .. gotta remember these are company Drs nurses , my kaiser treat and do better then these fake nurses Drs .. the females behind counter is rude and I over heard them talking sh&# about patients to each other, making remarks as in patients faking their injuries.. and the little clown Dr with the glasses .. 3 word little man syndrome. . Fuc this place ghetto ass spot

Disappointing. Looks professional but dont be deceived. Staff was nice but not honest about time. Lost the fax my insurer sent before I came in. Several people have come and gone before me. Was seated in a paitents room, told id be helped in a few minutes, and have been sitting here for half an hour. Honesty goes a long way. Wont come back, sorry.

I do not recommend this place!.. The service is AWFUL!!.. Only was there for a basic urine drug screen which only took 10 minutes however the bad part was the 1 1/2 hour wait. The staff was not informative, was very rude & unprofessional. The front desk should tell the clients that its going to be a LONG WAIT....I was very disappointed!...

The worst place to ever go. Not recommended at all. They dont even exam you properly for workmens compensation. They just slap a bandaid on. They defeat their purpose. The ladies in the front check in are lazy and rude all the time. This place doesnt even deserve to be open.

Went in for a drug screening expecting to go in drop off a urine sample and go, instead i had too wait 2 hours. After the first hour i had too pee really bad since i drank a waterbottle beforehand and i had to hold it in for the test pure torture

the doctors and staff were more than courteous and pleasant, the wait was less than desirable...but i was a walk-in with many patients ahead of me, and was in and out within 2 hours
