YES IVE BEEN TRYING SINCE FRIDAY TO GET THROUGH TO THIS PLACE BEEN #5 DOWN TO #1 AND THEN IT GOES TO VOICE MAIL OR JUST HANGS UP. SOMEONE WHO IS IN CHARGE OF ALL WELL SPACE CLINICS NEED TO GET THE MORE HELP ON ANSWERING CALLS. THE ONE WHO ANSWERED TODAY WAS NICKI, SHE PUT ME ON HOLD 3 TIMES THEN NEVER CAME BACK I WAS STILL ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES SO I USED ANOTHER PHONE STARTED OUT AS CALLER #4 WAITED FOR A LONG WHILE BEFORE NICKI CAME ON AND SHE TOLD ME SHE SENT IT TO MY DR. WHO IS DR. ABBASSI. SHE SAID CALL PHARMACY TOMORROW AFTERNOON TO SEE IF TEY GOT IT AND IF THEY HAVENT CALL THE CLINIC BACK. SO IF PHARMACY HASNT GOTTEN THE Rx THEN ILL HAVE TO GO THE ROUTINE OF CALLER #5 AND IF IM LUCKY WHEN I GET TO BE NEXT IN LINE AND SOME ONE ANSWERS.OR IF IT JUST HANGS UP. THEY NEED MORE PEOPLE TO HELP ALL CALLS TO THEM IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. SOME PATIENTS CANT WAIT FOR THEM TO DECIDE TO ANSWER THEIR CALL..... GOING INTO THE CLINIC FOR YOUR APPT ISNT MUCH BETTER THEY NEED TO GET GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE THERE TO WORK I MEAN IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB FIND ANOTHER ONE. THE BLACK LADY IN THE THIS ONE TOLD ME THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE AND HAD SIGNED IN TO GO SIT DOWN, I REPLIED IM READING SOMETHING THEN SHE SAID OH OKAY. COME ON GIVE ME AND OTHER PATIENTS A BREAK. IM SURE THERE IS MORE PEOPLE WHO WOULD LOVE TO JUST HAVE A JOB AND TO BE WORKING!!!!!!!! ALSO I THINK THEY NEED MORE DR.S THERE MINE HAS BEEN BOOKED SINCE OCT!!!!! NOW GOING TO PLAY THE WAITING GAME OF FINDING OUT IF MY Rx WAS SENT TO THE PHARMACY. AND WHAT IS REALLY BAD IS THE PHARMACIST FAXED THIS OVER TO THE DR A FEW DAYS AGO. YOU NEED MORE HELP IN YOUR CLINICS AND SOON AND TO ALL WELL SPACE EMPLOYEES HOPE YOU HAVE A VERY NICE DAY THIS INCLUDES DRS TO AND WHEN YOU CALL IT SAYS THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENTS WELL I SEE HOW PEOPLE LOSE THEIR PATIENTS. IVE DONE THIS SINCE FRIDAY ONLY TO BE HUNG UP ON SO I THEN STARTED USING 2 PHONES AND BEST TIME TO GET THROUGH IS AFTER 1 PM. I STARTED OUT ON FRIDAY FROM 8:33 AM DIDNT GET ANY ONE TILL LIKE AFTER 1 PM ONLY TO BE HUNG UP ON. AND YES THE STAFF AT THE GREENBACK CLINIC ARE ALL A JOKE AND NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL NOT EVERYONE WHO CALLS IS AN ASS. BUT I CAN REALLY SEE WHY SOME MIGHT BECOME THIS WAY!!!!!!!! IM DONE WITH MY REVIEW HOPEFULLY THE ENTIRE STAFF AND WHO EVER STARTED THESE CLINICS READ THE REVIEWS THANKS AND HAVE A GOOD AND HAPPY DAY TO ALL

I honestly would NOT go here if I had a choice, this is where my insurance says I have to go. The front desk staff are not nice or helpful. They always seem so rude and unhappy and even speaking to a patient is too much work for them. When I ask a question I get eye rolls and loud signs and huffs and puffs. It makes me so uncomfortable. It takes MONTHS to get an appointment, theres almost no point in going here if youre sick, youll be better or have died before you get in, unless you walk in and sit for hours waiting to get slipped in. Im also annoyed when I do the call back option instead of waiting on hold, most often they call, rings once, then they just hangup. Theyre obviously incapable of doing their job or are just lazy. (Except one person, a male who seems to answer almost every time I call) And what seriously upset me, after calling the office waiting for test results, giving them my correct phone number, telling them to only call me not the other number in my file, they call that number anyway (never calling me) and leave my personal and private medical information and results on a VOICEMAIL of a number that wasnt mine, that clearly is not me, the voicemail states a name nothing near mine and is a MALE! Definitely not okay! *I will say the medical assistant was very nice, besides giving out my information. And my doctor there has always been very helpful and nice to me * but there needs to be a whole new front desk staff because the ones there now do not seem like they want or like their jobs*

I was a patient of the San Juan Wellspace clinic for about a year. Though the doctors I had at the time were good all of them quit at this facility in a single walk out in the last week of August 2015. No explanation was offered by either the doctors or the staff. Because of this fiasco, all of my prescriptions and referrals were voided as Wellspace assigned them over to another doctor whose licence expired. I do not know if this doctor walked out as well as they were from a different facility and I never met them. If this all wasnt bad enough, the office is understaffed and seems systematically incompetent. It is almost impossible to reach them by phone and its very unlikely you will get a callback if you are able to leave a message (as their voicemail box is often full). If you need a follow-up on paperwork, youll be waiting a long time if it ever gets completed. All of this, in my opinion, shows an epic level of failure on the part of management as there is no way this would happen in any organization if the management was even mediocre. My recommendation is to avoid this organization if you have an option and if you dont, go to their Roseville or downtown office instead, even if it is a longer trip to get there. This office environment is poison and should be avoided if at all possible.

Got here at 730 for a walk in. Door say I am so I wait in my car. Apparently walk ins are at 7:45. Im 3rd person because of that. I walk in their rude. I wait and notice one 1 patient called back every hour. They call me up 3 hours later after everyone else had bugged them and I sat patently. She trys to tell me why they cant see me and that I cant get referrals on a walk in. Yet my last appt was a walk in and guess what I got a referral. There was a lady behind me I believe she was trying to get in because the were talking like friends alot but she was getting frustrated by the wait. I said I was not going to leave I did not just waste 3 hrs of my time. To watch everyone else get called back and maybe only 3 appointments actually showing up. About to call my insurance now and tell them how poorly this clinic is doing for the community. How can they even profit with one appointment and hour. Ive never seen anything like this before.

Honestly, I should have never bothered. After making an appointment in February or March, I finally went to my appointment on June 2. Mind you, I went hesitantly, because I never received a phone call to confirm my appointment. When I showed up, there was no acknowledgment of my presence, and the two women behind the desk felt it was more important to discuss their personal lives rather than check-in patients. I was close to walking out, because I sat in the chairs for nearly an hour before i was finally called up to fill out the necessary paperwork. I was called in before finishing the giant pile of forms they have you fill out, which I finished before the P.A. walked in. She was rude, unprofessional, and quite frankly could care less if I were dying right there in front of her. I realize this is constitutes as a free clinic, but the level of carelessness is ridiculous.
