I went in for a simple ear irrigation to remove excess ear wax. After having the routine blood pressure check which was in the moderate range--158/88 the GP focused more on my blood pressure than on my current discomfort of not being able to be hear. I guess it never occurred to her that the current hot weather conditions, my not being able to hear for several days, etc. may have contributed to my higher blood pressure. But to get back to the initial reason for going to this clinic was for excess ear wax. I have had several of these ear irrigation treatments in the past without any discomfort and with total success. The GP turned this task over to what I can only describe as a future "Nurse Ratchet" who was almost maniacal in the use of the syringe by squeezing water into my ear with such force it brought tears to my eyes. What was worse, she filled the saline solution bottle twice with no results, but continued blasting into my ear as if she was using a power hose on soiled concrete. I finally told her to stop. The GP returned and basically told me to use OTC ear drops for several weeks to soften the wax and sent me on my way. WOW! In the past I have had eardrops put in during the procedure when it is needed. Not here. This is an express lane operation. If they cannot figure out what other things they can do for you, they send you on your way. My ears are still plugged and I am angry as hell. Do NOT waste your time here.

No wait time, but they dont take my very, very popular insurance. Almost $100 later, they told me there was nothing they could do for my toddler, who according to them, just had a cold, and sent us home. Turns out he has several ailments that can be treated and two specifically that needed to be treated. Unacceptable and totally dangerous.

Excellent NP and PA right on premisis, sometimes there is a wait but I have been here for poison Iak, Asthma & ear infections & had excellent professional consult & treatment everytime. I am a nurse so know if someone knows what they are doing! Great medical care, affordable and very accommodating.
