My first and only session (Feb 2013) was a waste of $80 and I never went back. For that price you can get 2 sessions. I have been going to acupuncture for about 2 years before I went to this place. First thing they did at this place was to do vitals (heartrate) and the treatment was very short (half hour) and no massage afterwards. Any qualified acupuncturist can do that. Because I do not have insurance, price for treatment was espensive and the treatment not that great. I saw an acupuncturist in sacramento and got hour and half treatment for $60. That was a lot of value for the treatment. Today, I got one hour treatment (acupuncture and massage) for only $45 in Fremont. I rate my experience with integrated health as very poor.

This place is wonderful! The ladies at the front desk always greet me by name. They have been great about scheduling and rescheduling my appointments around my work schedule. Dr. Reading is very personable and takes the time to not only ask me how Im feeling (and listen to the answer) but to explain what he is going to do and why. After only 5 visits, I had a 95% reduction in pain from a rotator cuff injury, which is more than what I experienced after going to the same number of physical therapy appointments. I always look forward to my visits as I know I will leave feeling better than when I went in.

I have been going here for about 1 1/2 years now and I can not think of one bad thing to say about them. The staff is awesome and very knowledgeable about the practice and their products. Dr. Reading has seen just about everyone in my family and we always leave feeling 100x better then when we came!!! My youngest (8yo) doesnt get sick like she used to, she doesnt get her migraines and daily headaches like she used to and so far so good no more vertigo...YAY. I wouldnt bring my family to anyone else
