My one year old had orders to get her blood drawn and I put it off for 2 months. But finally decided to muster up the courage and get it done. I read the reviews for both locations here in Lodi and they were terrible. Made me even more nervous to go. The reviews for the Quest on Ham Lane had higher stars than Fairmont so I took a chance. I didnt have an appointment so I went in around 11 this morning. The clinic was very clean and quiet. There were a few people and I did have to wait about 30 minutes but it didnt seem that long. Theres a tv and it shows how long your wait time is. I finally got called up, they made copies of my insurance and 2 minutes later got called back. My daughter cried her eyes out but they were very professional and efficient. I dont remember the names of everyone that helped us out but the lady in the front, she had her hair in a bun, was really nice and gave my girl stickers. The man who drew her blood, he was asian and had glasses on, was quick and knew exactly what he was doing. I wish I remembered their names to give them the credit they deserve but with a crying toddler you just want to leave as soon as possible. Im glad I went in and plan to go back if I ever need more blood work done.

I asked the phlebotomits to use a pediatric needle due to my medical condition. She said I have good veins and dont need it, that takes to long. Left a huge blood knot and bruise because she didnt listen to me. Also they only have tape, which Im allergic to. No coban or any tape alternative.

Had previously been here & loved it, great staff. Sadly today was a huge disappointment. Woman at front desk was rude & very unpleasant to a few elderly women. Not sure if there under staffed or over worked, no excuse to be rude to patients for no reason.

Rude location will not quickly answer short questions before making you wait 20 minutes to just get checked in. Walked out promising to take my labs to a more friendly location. I went to quest in Manteca and had an awesome experience.

Lady at the front desk was rude, as soon as I walked in to ask her a simple question she told me to wait my turn. Very unprofessional the way she treated me. She shouldnt be working there if she cant be nice to people.

Took them forever to get me (over 45 min) in to do a simple pre employment drug screen. The people were not very friendly at all.

Much better than the other Quest location across the street. Clean, professional, efficient.
