Ive been going to Ampla Health before it was Ampla. Then it was called Del Norte Clinics. The facility and one of their employees did save my life. But now, I can only describe the facility as deteriorating conditions, poor front office personnel, and incompetent medical staff. Many people Ive talked to have quit their jobs there because of the poor standards practiced. Their practice now includes: long wait times for appointments, shorter periods of time for visits, rushed employees without explaining medical questions or disregarded entirely, disgusting facilities that have been heavily neglected (meaning the walls are dirty and never use their hand sanitizer machines). Under no circumstances should anyone use their blood drawing service. Do not go to this facility looking for good health. They will not provide you with this service.

Worse customer service ever.... the two front ladies were rude, with no customer service at all. I called to schedule an appointment but was told that there were no opening so I will have to walk in only. I walked in, sign the papers, patiently waited for 2 hours...... it was 12:30 something by that time and there were no more patients in the waiting room so I went up and asked the lady if there were any opening or not because Ive been waiting for a while now and she told that the doctors went to lunch and wont be back until 1:30...... like what the heck..... youve seen me waiting and you couldnt even notify me that the doctors went to lunch so Ill have to back later so I wont waste my time at least????? -___- Never going here again!!! Recommend somewhere else!!!

I was recieveing care at this facility for about a 1year in a half.my doctor transfered and had to see another doctor that goes by donnie.i have never been treated with such disrepect in my life. It has causeme to have aneixty toward doctors now.he yeelled and screamed at me like i was studip.it got to the point that i just told him what he was accusing me of was true but in reallity i had a really bad day and was crying before he came in the room so he just assumed i was on more drugs than i should be but i wasnt.i will never recommend this facility again

I Have to say this is clearly a medical office. I come here for dentist now I am no longer on my mothers health care after turning 26. So I had to come here and lets just say my experiences so far here have been very weird and ive yet to had a Dentist make me cry but... lol.

The front desk people are rude...its almost impossible to get an appointment and when u do the wait is ridiculous! The doctors try to rush through your visit not really answering all your questions...but i guess thats what u get for cheap..

The only negative experience Ive had was with Dr Ohare. Save yourself and dont let anybody schedule your appointments with her. She clearly doesnt care about people and doesnt like her job.

Dental associates are professional and will take nearly anyone in need. Medical associates can be rude. They havent had a pediatrician in years.
