Major problems when seen after an ER follow up my old PCP nearly sent back to work with a broken foot. Luckily I am stubborn as a healthcare worker myself I know my body and argued until I was finally referred to a specialist who found a fracture because he took the time to look at the films from the ER and took immediate action. Then when I changed my PCP the office made me feel like it was me being difficult. Umm NO your doctor nearly sent me back to a 8-10 hour job on my feet in a nursing home that could of caused long term damage. And I was made felt bad not good care at all.

My dad is a patient of Dr.Richard Chun and I tried schedule an appointment with him many times for more than a month also Dr. Hazel wood. I called the call center several times and nobody bothers to pick up the Phone and "finally" someone picked up. I left a message TWICE for the office manager Ricardo Jimenez and on his cell phone also at the call center and I still havent heard from anyone. I find this place very unprofessional and I sit recommend anyone to go here. I changed my dads doctor and I am very happy because I cant deal with this place anymore. Waste of time.

Horrible service!!! First appointment with Dr. Hoang, they cancelled without prior notice, so we had to reschedule which is, by the way, months ahead!!! Finally made it to my next appointment, and I waited an hour before I see him, so is have to reschedule my husband! And the receptionist even told me that I cant be switching different branches just because I cant make it to the appointment! But what can I do if youve been getting rescheduled several times?!! Such a bad experience! And the phone, i had to be on hold for at least 15 min! OMG! Im switching doctor!

I had a very good experience here. From the front door to the all the staff. Amazing and curteous. Dr. Adolfo is very personable and really cares about the patient. This practice was opened up for all the right reasons. Finally a place that cares about the patient and spends time with you.

All I Wanna Do Is Get High By The Beach
The wait is always long, but so are most doctor offices, but the friendly nurses and my doctor, Dr. Chun is always helpful, understanding, and makes me laugh! For a medi-cal office its the best Ive been to.
