In my opinion, shockingly unprofessional medical location. They are not organized, most of the front office staff are rude, curt and very condescending. We all know health care staff in America overall is filled with under qualified people but this location really disappoints. The only saving grace is a couple of the Drs and one of the guys who checks you out at the end of your appointment. Only come here if you have no other choice in my opinion.

Waited an ENTIRE month for this appointment, and was told when I arrived ON TIME that I was supposed to arrive an hour early for my appointment and that I could wait for a no show or reschedule. I dont see why I have to wait for someone who didnt show up to their appointment when I clearly had my own scheduled.

Even they dont deserve one star staffs are not behaving good and i am waiting for a hour and 30 minutes only to do a physician report filling which will take 10 minutes they are very lazy will never recommend for any of my friends

Shame on this Elica health center, you will be never seen by Doctor on time or it is going to canceled. My recommendation to you people is please do not choose you Doctor in here, Unprofessional, westing your time .....

Dr lerenzo.is a FANTASTIC dr..the office staff is awful -they schedulingredients is a joke & never get the paperwork right..so rude..you can not call office directly. .ugh

Doctor appointment was for 11am here it is 12 noon still no doctor what a waste of time -schedule appointments to be on time but if I was not I couldnt be seen- not right

The only thing good about elica, is the nice people in scheduling and timely medication refills, provided by the doctors.
