I live in Tracy so I wanted a local doctor. I heard Dr. Yu was great and he is. His bedside manner is great but its hard to get an appointment with him because hes so busy. He takes the time to explain things to you but hes always running 30 minutes behind. Its impossible to get a hold of him unless you get an appointment and its hard to get a short term apopintment because he has so many patients. I really like Dr. Yu as a pediatrician once you can actually get time with him but on two separate occasions Ive had to take my son in 3 times to get a simple antibiotic and weve had to see 2 different doctors each time because Dr. Yu was not available. Its really not worth the hassle. Im taking my son somewhere else. Dr. Jones seems dismissive and neither time my son saw her was she helpful in diagnosing him. We always had to come back. She also doesnt take much time to explain things though she seems to be the most on-time doctor at Sutter Gould. My son has simple ailments. Hes not a chronic care kid so this level of service is very disappointing. The front office staff is just okay. Ive seen them be rude with other people and they can be short over the phone.

This office is wonderful. I came to Tracy for a wedding. I Googled urgent care and they came up. Even though they are not actually a urgent care facility they worked me in pretty quick. The Doctor still spent the time to talk to me it wasnt a hurry in hurry out. If I lived anywhere close this would be my Doctor. And I would like to thank everyone in the office for being so helpful and kind even knowing I would not be a regular patient.

Easy parking, right in front of entrance. Quick registration and short wait time, T.V. and kids area in lobby. GREAT DOCTORS, Dr. Williams always listens and takes the time to explain your treatment and what kind of outcome you should expect.
