THIS IS THE WORST CLINIC IVE BEEN TO. I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD. They will make you wait months for an appointment. They dont care about their patients at all. Weve been waiting for the doctor to send a physical therapy referral for my grandmother who was paralyzed after a stroke. Its been almost a month and yet still no signs of physical therapy. Ive called them multiple times, and theyve hung up on me multiple times. Amber is the lead LVN and she is not qualified for her position at all. When I called to speak with her, she hung up on me without answering my questions. DO NOT GO HERE. YOULL WASTE ALOT OF TIME

Dr. De La Cruz was VERY rude. One star is too good for her. She repeated she had 3 more patients to get to, making us feel like our situation was not worthy of her time. She was not communicating with us & was not explaining anything to us. She was talking to the nurse in a bad tone as well. She scared my child exaggerating that the procedure would be "VERY PAINFUL." A pediatrician should make the child feel safe, talk kindly, make them smile. Instead she scared my child over a procedure that was NOT painful at all. I highly DO NOT recommend this doctor & will NEVER be coming back to her.

dr. moody is great, every other doctor there needs to go back to med school. my son had double ear infections with a high fever and they didnt prescribe antibiotics, had to take him to the ER. I had a cyst and they said it was a boil and would clear up on its own. The only thing that this place is good for is immunizations for your kid and pregnancy testing. If something is actually wrong with you go somewhere else...LIKE THE ER. You will get seen faster. Oh and the place smells like stinky diapers.

The doctors their are rude, I was seeing Dr. Konda and she left I was getting my pain meds from her. When I asked the other doctor were is she practicing they wouldnt help me. Now going on 2 months no pain meds, cz the other doctors refuse to give me my pain meds for chronic back pain and I have been on them for years. Now I cant walk , move very well and its all cz of the doctors at tracy family clinic. And they referral u out to other doctors and still no help there either.

Worst experience overall had an appointment for a check up and waited almost 2 1/2 hours and still didnt do anything to me made me reschedule another appointment for a specialist and now i have to wait 1 whole month for my daughters regular check up for being late 10 minutes to her appointment. Seriously worst service by far!!!! Considering changing doctor as soon as possible

Absolutely the worst place ever.The Drs are quacks and the front desk people are extremely rude. I made an appointment for pain in my ears and the Dr schedules me for a mammogram. Needed to be seen to get a refill on my meds which I understand but they wouldnt let me come in for 3 months and the meds I take you cant just go off cold turkey.

I was scheduled an appointment and was there an hour early and still had to wait 3 not including the hour we where their early. Tried to rescheduled mofo making me wait 1 month for a prenatal check up. The obgyn doctor not only was rude but he made me feel like I wasnt a good parent. They have really bad service RUN!!!

This doctor wants me to diagnose myself and put in a recommendation to go see a doctor. Saying that I have an injury to my hand but she doesnt know what it is. This Tracy Family Practice is a f****** joke its full of quack doctors who dont know what theyre doing

Nothing! They take forever and never answer the phone. They had me waiting for over 2 hours! Its ridiculous. Im changing pediatrician.
