I would give them 0 stars if I could. The staff is friendly, office is clean and nicely set up. However, the program/exercises given were far beyond my fathers level and he hurt his back more than did it good. I even explained his situation over and over and he was pushed to continue the exercises. He was advised by his doctor to stop the program as it was too vigorous and it was hurting him more. I explained this to them yet, they still wanted him to come in and then refused to refund him. Horrible experience and now he is in more pain than he has ever have been.
