I never write reviews, but this place had pushed it. The front desk staff are lazy, and always tell me to just call to make an appointment instead of making the appointment while Im there. I tried making a appointment for a physical, so I can get my daughters forms signed, and was told I dont need an appointment to get my forms signed. They said theyll sign and fax it over to audiology, so I left the forms for them to do that. Today, I went to my daughters audiology appointment and was told they havent received any fax I regards to her physical. The front desk lady gave them a call, and now theyre telling me they didnt know that then and for me to make an appointment to go in to get the physical forms signed. Wasted my day, especially when I requested today off work. I also forgot to mention, once they forgot to check my daughter in and realized it when I went to ask why are we waiting so long when she has an appointment, and they lady goes "oh shoot" and finally checked her in. Theyre always chatting and look irritated when you want them to do something right there and then; like scheduling a simple appointment. The main lady is always Rolling her eyes when you tell her you want to schedule the next appointment there rather thAn calling later.

Honestly this place is a joke. My daughter has serious medical issues, and has had 2 referrals out for 2 months. I havent gotten a phone call or anything. I have been calling for the past 2 months leaving messages, and explaining my situation to anyone, and no one cares. Also the front office is a joke. The lady at the front talks to you condescendingly, and then smiles and tries to act like your the one in the wrong. I have had it with this place, disrespectful, unman aged, sh** hole. The doctor (dr. greenwood) will see your kids for 5 mins, wont listen to your concerns, and walks out. Also the female doctor, brushes off every concern you may have. Seriously, I wouldnt call it a doctors office. Every time I have been there, someone is having a problem with them also. So I know its not just me. Please if you have a choice, dont choose this place.

The lady at the font desk was very rude. I dont understand why people like that chose to be in that career if they cant even be professional. She rolls her eyes and smirks like its okay and honestly I wouldnt have minded telling her that she is very unprofessional and that her medical office certification is a joke she does not have the proper people skills , believe me her job is not hard whatsoever I was a certified medical administrator and this lady lacks a lot of people skills she got hired by sheer luck, how unfortunate. If you see the lady with black hair and glasses and rolls her eyes speak to her supervisor immediately I should have when I was there but I was in a rush I didnt even bother to get her name and I was holding my tongue very unprofessional.

My husband and I saw dr. miguel a lizarraga, 2 times My husband has to go to a specialist for his back he was to send referral over in may it took allot of phone calls to finally get the referral and he refused to see him today when he had an appointment at the same time as I did he told him he needs to call and get an appointment, he was surprised when his nurse said he did have an appointment today . he became angry and pointing finger saying not to yell at him which no one did he is disrespectful confrontational I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANYONE . I did report him to healthnet and the medical board

Family Medical Clinic on Watt Ave in North Highlands, CA is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Front office staff is a joke!!!!!! I have had it with this clinic!! I am going to contact every news station and our government representatives to shut down or at least fine this office for their lack of respect for others and their inability to answer phones , schedule appointments accurately, to give medical care correctly!!!! I am so angry and have had enough and I plan on doing something about it. This place is a joke!they are rude and leave u sitting there for hours befor you get seen.they treat you like trash.I Have been waiting for 3 weeks now for my disability form to be filled out and it still isnt done!everytime i call to see if its ready for me to pick up i get excuses and a run around,everytime im placed on hold i get hung up on and noone calls me back.I Have left several messages over the last 3 weeks and no one has returned my calls.this place is very unorganized and should be shut down!!I will be changeing offices forsure and reporting them to the medical board this is horrible!

At first I went to the family clinic in Roseville and they were so rude and unhelpful, so I tried this place. I walked in...and walked striaght out! This place is so run down and filthy, I cant believe these places can get away with this kind of crap. I feel like just because I cant afford other healthcare, I am doomed to these nasty, outdated, doctors offices, where they hardly ever have a REAL doctor working!

The doctor and nurses do not listen to your concerns and treat you like an idiot. Also, my ex-primary doctor didnt want to look me over during checkups unless I had symptoms of "something". Russian constantly in lobby. Better off going elsewhere

I waited one month for the appointment of my kids, but I was done within two minutes. just like a grocery shopping check out, they asked a few simple questions and said you are good to go. not reasonable!

Seriously..the worst! Front office staff is horrible. I have never seen "professional" people act so darn lazy! I was there last week with my sick parents and they had us waiting forever. I hate it!

Id give this office zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible! The new female doctor is joke. Been waiting over 2 months for xray results, every time I call I get forwarded to a voicemail.

I agree with the other reviewer that the old office was filthy. They now have a new office just a block away on Watt. The new office is much cleaner and very pleasant.
