I had called Dr. LiLis office (totally disrespectful on the phone and didnt start off the call with, this is Dr. LiLis office)to inquire if a fax had been received by them to transfer my medical records to my new primary care and was told I had to go in there in person to sign the paperwork. (confused) So I went in during rush hour traffic, approached the counter and the young lady asked me in a very rude tone {same voice as on the phone) if I had an appointment and I said no, before another word came out of my mouth she turned around in her chair towards the other 4 staff members just sitting around talking and proceeded to eat something. I said I had been told to come in and sign paperwork to transfer my records, one of the other young women approached the counter and waited on me. all the while the first female kept looking at me in contempt and disdain I was then told they had not received any paperwork and I would have to contact my new care facility to fax over the required forms. I left that facility feeling angry and totally disrepected, that is the worst I have ever been treated at a health care place. I used this place for 6 months and their care was to say the very least "HORRIBLE" Dr. LiLi attributed my knee problem to weight gain of 20pounds over the last 6 years, I having knee surgery next month, what a joke Eastern medical is.There was one bright spot, a NP Minniear, who had the good sense to leave that place as soon as she could. I would never recommend that place or have anything good to say about it, steer clear its a hack and quack place.

I just wanted to say that we just come out from this place and the impression was the worst. The Receptionist was answering a call and tried to asked us, what do we need at the same time, instead of making eye contact with us as a signal that she will assist us in a while. It looks like every single person there has any idea about customer service. Of course she could not assist the person on the phone and us at the same time and after she finish with the person on the phone asked me again all the story....After we asked her about our case she called another person that seemed to have any idea about what we asked her. She called another women and both tried to give us an answer... finally they went to talk to a doctor, an Asian woman, by the way very rude and unprofessional. The first doctor (a man) we saw in our first visit to that place was very nice and professional and said to us that we have some vaccines missing. This girl said that we had all the vaccines when we showed to her the same vaccine record.... i could not understand anything. One person says one thing and the other one another thing....That was Ok for us but the way that doctor (woman) tried us was awful. No idea of what a patient or a guest is. Never ever come back to that place. I do not recommend to anyone to visit this clinic.

I have been through so much with Medi-cal Anthem BlueCross physicians and even more...their receptionists. Because of the strife (documented and recorded thankfully to prove all the unneeded stress), I switched from Anthem to Molina Medi-cal and doctors as well. Dr. Li Li was -amazing- and heard -everything- I needed and went through without rushing me! Her staff, primarily Beatrix and Jennifer, as well as ALL the others, from the DAY I made the initial appointment and even after have been phenomenal. It is so great to know that I finally have a primary care doctor who knows what she is doing as well as her staff who handles all my IMPORTANT paperwork/files. This doctor is also a family doctor and I was able to be seen right before my daughter in one visit. I cannot stress how happy I am. They are quick with referrals and I am left speechless.
