I first met Dr. Murray in 2009, three IVF cycles later (4 total, 3rd one was done with a clinic in S.F. but came back to NCFMC for the 4th), I have nothing but the utmost confidence and respect for the work he does and his level of expertise. Dr. Murray is extremely professional, stays current on new research, yet is extremely empathetic and kind at the same time - a rare but much needed combination in healthcare. Support staff and nurses were always pleasant, albeit the last time I went in for a visit was in 2011 after transferring to my ob. What really shows the depth of care and compassion is that I recently emailed Dr. Murray for separate medical advice 5 years after last seeing him, and not only did he remember who I was, he responded the following day, and provided links for related studies, and then asked for an update. He didnt have to respond, he wasnt compensated for the advice, yet he took the time to help. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Murray or NCFMC, they go above and beyond simply because they are passionate about the work they do and genuinely care about their patients.

Overall, my experience was very positive as I did conceive and I am currently 17 weeks along. The staff was friendly, however the only thing that I would say the may be less than positive was that I felt as though the communication I was receiving along the way was inconsistent. In a nutshell I felt like "this is the first time I have done this so I dont really know what Im doing, what the process is all about let alone what questions to ask?" On more than a few occasions, I would say to myself and my husband that it sometimes felt like the staff was either on auto pilot or just overwhelmed. There were times where things were either not communicated, communicated at the last minute or even after the fact. With that being said, I would definitely recommend NCFMC, just go into it with as many questions as you can think of and be persistent on making sure you have all of the information up front. On a side note, Dr. Sahar and Dr. Lovely were wonderful!!!

We got pregnant during our first IVF cycle with only 3 eggs retrieved. We had 3 embryos, but only 2 made it to day five and we had to freeze them because my progesterone levels were a little high. Although we were sad about not having a fresh transfer, we followed the doctors recommendations and we did a frozen transfer a month and a half later. They transferred our only 2 embryos we had, and only one successfully implanted. After 5 years of trying to conceive via different methods, we are very happy and thankful for having opted for this clinic. The doctors and staff are very nice, in particular our AMAZING nurse, DOTTIE. She made the whole experience extremely pleasant for my husband and I. I am 11 weeks pregnant now and all is looking great for us. We highly recommend Northern California Fertility Medical Clinic!!!

This whole experience has easily been one of the most stressful. all the physicians at NCFMC are phenomenal. I will never be able to thank all the Drs for creating my baby. Christian is the best thing that has ever happened for this Clinic, his professionalism and excitement he puts to that front desk gives this office an amazing first look. I did outside monitoring for a bit and he would always find a way to accomidate. . Daniele who did my retreival was amazing and the sweetest and made sure I knew everything before I went in for my procedure! Thank you NCFMC for all that you do. Compared to Cal IVF this place has any competition beat, the friendliness and professionalism does not compare.

Hello !

Very rude and crappy service at front desk. Bunch of CNAs. $200 for an initial talk with dr. Soto for 20 mins of very basic information you can research on youtube. The off you go to take to done CNA. You can never get a call back from the nurses station. They do not return calls. This place is a straight rip off. Front desk is a joke, how can thus place stay in business if they do not return calls? The took my $200 and that was it. Save your money and go to your personal doctor and get a better referral.
