Its a medi Cal clinic so you cant expect much. What irritates me is that it doesnt matter how "on time" you are for your appointment. Plan to be there at least two hours every time. Also have had a few incidents where my appointment was cancelled without my knowledge and when I saw a doctor I actually liked, he disappeared one day so thats disappointing. At times it can feel like they arent taking your issues seriously, I guess it just depends on what kind of mood the doctor is in that day. Ive been with them for a couple years but Im thinking its time to change. Oh and fyi: if you need a providers signature on anything such as disability paperwork or something from the department of human assistance, dont expect a date and a signature to be done in 3 minutes (you know, like how long it would take a normal human being to do it). Expect to wait 7-10 BUSINESS days to get it back....

HORRIBLE!!! they cancel my appointment without my knowledge or approval. When i arrived the receptionist stated that she was going to find a room and bring us back, then she comes back saying that the Doctor was gone due to an emergency (by the way she came back with a translatorhow rude is that) i explained to them that this was my second time trying to get my son in to see the Doctor and get treatment. They didnt care, they told me that they were going to treat him as a walk in and that it was up to the provided if he was going to be seen or not. We waited an hour just to find out that they werent going to see him. Stay AWAY!! The wort service ever. So disappointing that they cant accommodate the patients. Why would they even cancelled my appointment without my approval???. THEY HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!

Dr was fair but staff is the worst!!! Iam 60 years old and have alot of health problems so I need to see specialist Molina had a referral sitting on their desk for over 2 months they didnt even call me I had to call them I also had a appointment with another dr when I got there the lady told me it would be a hour wait worst medical center Ive ever been to they shouldnt call themselves a medical center WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!!! I finally changed provides (DRs)

Horrible service and from my opinion are very judgemental people, particularly the doctor I seen that day. Never solved my issue I waited there for over 2 hours and didnt give me any Tips ,ideas or referrals.

I regularly have to call and hound the doctors about refilling medication. Often I have to ask the pharmacist to forward me medication to make up for the Norwood Offices inability to promptly refill.

Extremely hard to get an appointment for sick kids. Or an appointment at all really. 9 times out of ten end up at Med7 urgent care in natomas. If you have a alternative take it.
