i HAVE AN ONGOING MEDICAL ISSUE THAT HAS GONE ON FOR YEARS. My auto immune blood test has come back irregular several times and I had to push to get them to follow up on it. They change drs. every couple months so you have to start all over first convincing the new dr that you have med issues and by the time they get it ...Theyre gone and you start the whole process all over again. 2 years ago I was in the hospital with my second stroke with multiple blood clots , was told I have lupus and a blood clotting disorder call leiden factor 5. Since then the lupus hasnt been followed up until 1 week ago they finally sent me to a rhumetologist , which I have been requesting to see for over a year. If I do have lupus as the hospital dr who ran multiple tests insist. It has been left untreated for 2 years . The only thing that is on my chart according to the last 3 drs is that I have high blood pressure and high colestrol. So its no wonder they look at me like Im crazy when I start with a new dr. After all of this they have the audacity to put in my chart that I am uncooperative. Its ironic that this comment went into my file when I finally got fed up and told them YOUR THE DR. mY JOB IS TO TELL YOU THE SYMPTONS YOUR JOB IS TO FIGURE OUT THE CAUSE AND FIX IT. WHICH it has been 6 years going and guess what still not sure of what is making me sick or how to fix it. These people are not drs they are record keepers and they are not very good even at that. When you call you can spend 40 min on hold only to be transfered so you can wait another 20-30 min on hold just to have them disconnect you so you can start all over again. Youll be lucky to survive this place. They should have a sign outside that reads ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK AND EXIT AT THE SECOND COMING OF CHRIST. Ive put one star only because negative five stars was not an option

I have been going to this office for a while and I was never really satisfied. And today, was the same. First of all, they canceled my appointment for vaccination 2 time and I had to re schedule it, which was ok. But I was really disappointment. Customer service at the front desk is horrible. This is for the girls at front desk, SPECIFICALLY GABBY. when you guys called me, couldve told me only cash was accepted, and I wouldve prepared myself. Who carries cash these days? Anyhow, their card machine apparently wasnt working. Gabby however didnt even try and she kept saying "we tried and it never worked." She called Someone, and another gal from the back came. She asked her to log in to her account and that she had sent the information for gaby to start using the card. GABBY was simply rejecting that it wasnt working and was really rude. Wish I could give 0 rating. But MARIA ROYE-MADISON NP, was awesome, she was really clear and examplained everything thoroughly.and Shawny, thank you for your help.Im only satisfied with you two. Thank you once again.

Cici as she calls herself is rude as hell needs to learn customer service cause shes lacking in that department I asked her to repeat herself she breaths heavily into the phone while saying " oh my god " ! The lady needs to get written up or fired shes always rude she is the main one answering the phones & leaving voicemails .

horrible customer service. employees had absolutely no idea how to do a thorough search for records. Not professional and accurate. Very frustrating to have to call back and get updates on issues. Purposely put patients on hold for over 20 mins... just horrible!!!
