I have made an appointment but it takes a month to get seen. I called yesterday and the girl told me they do walk ins from 8-10:30, I called to get information for walk ins because of the huge amount of pain that I have been in the last couple of months and it has been getting worse. i get there at 7:45 am and as im waiting i notice that staff members are arriving and parking in the patient parking lot. They are taking all the parking spaces and are leaving none for the patients. i went up to the door at 8 and only to be told that they dont open til 9 because they have a meeting. The day before they failed to inform me of this! So i wait another hour and now the girl at the front desk tells me that they dont do walk ins for pain and wasreluctant to even give me a sign in paper and told me that i should go to the hospital for pain. I just told her that this is not a hospital situation, that i have been waiting an hour and that i have to see my doctor now!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!!!i wouldnt even take my Dog here ....this place is the absolute worst place i have ever has the unlucky chance to experience the staff is horrific the doctors suck especialy dr fedics and there policies are stupid and unheard of charging me 15$ to have the doctor to sign a piece of paper i needed to get my in home support services and then another 15$ to do the same for my disablity paper for dmv and not telling me this until after the fact mind you its not like i didnt have an appt that same day...i went back to see the doctor then she gives the paper to her receptionist whom was an extreemly rude attude ridden B#*%C and then gonna say that eill be 15$ for the doctor signing the paper WHAT who ever heard of that ... well its there policy .. and they wanteed to hold my paper hostage till i paid them.....Uh no and Goodbye

Really, giving my child wrong shot that we were not aware off, came to get one shot we were informed about front desk lady, doctor and nurse. Than we bean told in school district it is wrong one she didnt even need that one.Than my wife when back for right one, not even apology but full show of careless and rudeness. This place is unprofessional and mean to customers, a specially front desk people. I understand an error in paper work but not in medication put into my child. I was not planing to write a review but after next visit what made me write the review is how they handled this big mistake.

If i could i would choose NO STARS they dont even deserve 1. This place is rediculously stupid, and that office SUPERVISOR is a freaken joke!!! not only is the staff rude and unprofessional ( hence shows why they work at a place like this ) but, the PA is just a dumbass who is getting her license on the line for these dumb ass girls. My visit of HELL is to long to type here but YES I DID SUBMIT A COMPLAIN TO THE MEDICAL BOARD OF CA.

Dr moy is a great dr but the whole staff at that place is majorly incompitent and very slow took 4 hours 2 get to the back waitin room and 2 hours later im still waitin havent seen the dr and bored enough to write a review on this hell hole

Worst place ever cant get them on the phone and all appointments take like 6 weeks! Had a scheduled appointment after 6 weeks and they said they had to cancel put me on a wait list because the Dr called in !!! Get it together

The front desk staff needs better customer service. If your rude ass doesnt want your job, another will be appreciative of it. Doctors are amazing, but the front desk staff needs to reevaluate how they speak to people.

My friend went here and it was really bad they dont do there job there hella rude and plus i dont like rude people ill set u stright. Ill be calling the courtroom and agents this place need to shut down now. Im serious

Having transferred here from Elica health Center on J st because of incompetence and rudeness--I may be in a worse situation here. I have not seen anyone yet--cant get anyone on the phone.

This place blows, cant even get anyone on the phone. The staff is uncaring and rude. When I took my infant daughter in to get shots they left giant welts and huge bruises. Broke my heart.
