Our experience at this clinic when we had an emergency was horrible. We had to wait over 3 hours for them to take X-Rays of my kid who had a fractured wrist. On top of that, the doctor that attended us was very unprofessional, showing a lot of incompetence, not really able to interpret the X-Rays correctly and even asking us to look at the X-Rays so we could see how unsure she was about the results. She also became rather defensive, when I asked her if she could please tell me if my son had a fracture or not or what the diagnosis was, and she started arguing with me about being questioned about her competency in front of the nurse who was putting a splint on my sons arm. Very dissapointing experience indeed!

Our little boy had a medical issue (he felt like he had to go pee constantly, but when he tried he couldnt go). We took him in on a Sunday night. As others have stated, we did have to wait, but no longer than an 45min. or so. Most importantly, we found the staff and Dr.s to be professional and kind. The Doc checked our son thoroughly, gently and with dignity. He diagnosed the issue and prescribed some ointment. The boy was already feeling better by the next day. Want to compare? Go to County Med. Emergency after 10PM on a weekend. Youll be begging to get back into this Urgent Care.

FOUR hours waiting!!! next time Ill just go to the ER, which now seems fast compared to this awfull place. And then I get the nowdays typical doctor, which just wants to send me home as fast as posible without doing anything. What a nice way to make make a lot of money without doing anything at all. Oh.. And meanwhile patients are waitng for ever, what does the doctor do?... comes to the wating room to watch some football on the rooms tv. Youve got to be kidding me.

On 4 different occasions this urgent Care sent my childs prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I dont care how good the nurses and doctors are, if you cant get the medicine for your child until the next day because the prescription was not sent to the pharmacy you requested due to it being up open late it doesnt matter. I will not be returning to this urgent Care facility. I suggest everyone else avoid it even if it means driving out of your way.

I love this place for so many reasons... The staff is just amazing, their always helpful always smiling and in the best of moods, willing to help in any way possible. Their friendly, caring and compassionate people. The Doctors are also amazing, they dont rush you, they take their time and listen to your concerns and issues also very caring compassionate individuals. Would rather go to them then fuss with a doctors office any day.

The front office staff is great... very nice and professional!! They get things done quickly! The nurse and doctor actually sit and listen to what you have to say :) My entire time here was less than 1.5hours!! This clinic truely deserves the five stars!!

UM, when I am saying I am in pain you shouldnt scoff at me and be rude on the phone. Cheers to you medical system. The ER is much nicer and I guess worth spending that extra copay.

2+ Hour wait and the place was packed. We left and went to Good Sam Emergency room where there were only 2 people ahead of us. We were admitted within 15 minutes!
