Free gym, free personal training. Nutitionist on staff. Open to everyone, Dr permission to exercise required before using the gym. Free produce every third Friday. You do not need to be part of the Indian health care system to use this gym. No medical services at this location. Upstairs is a counseling center, part of the theme of this being a "wellness center", you do need PPO insurance to use that service. Open until 8 pm m-thurs, til 4 on Fridays. Closed weekends. Zumba and hip hop classes m-t evenings.
