My parents are in need of In Home Services and as their representative I took in paperwork to have filled out by their primary doctor. I dropped off the paperwork almost two weeks ago at the records release counter. I was told that it would be done in two to three days. Well, its been almost 2 weeks and we have NOT gotten the paperwork mailed out to us.It seems that their process to have this done id so out of touch with us little people. We have been waiting for it so it can be sent to the social services.We have filed a complaint to see if this process can be changed to make it easier to have this done.

Hospital is your average kaiser. Doctors dont listen to what your concerns are. Had a heart attack while in hospital that they did not follow up with had to seak treatment as outpatient. Food is horrible as they are tv dinners you get from microwave. Nursing staff is hit and miss and most of them are training to be nurses.

Disgusting staff and even worse hospital. Blood on the sheets in the rooms theyll place you in. If you take your children here you should have them taken for child endangerment and child abuse. This place botches surgeries regularly and is the worst hospital Ive ever seen.

Bad! Substandard. We had a bad experience there. The ED failed to recognize a stroke after the patient told them his left side was weak and he slurring speech. Poor or no nights sleeping due to alarming IV s.

Everyone was very nice, and helped when I needed help. The parking is whats terrible, my doctor said that I could find parking across the st from bldg D, but I couldnt find any!

You share rooms here and the room are small. For visitors its not at all comfortable. Its a good hospital, but the rooms suck.
