I recently spent 10 days here and had very good care from 99% of the doctors and nurses. However, Im only giving 3 stars strictly because of the BILLING DEPARTMENT and their rudeness. I received bill from a doctor for $1300+ -- this is a doctor claiming to have seen me 6 times. I never met this doctor, I never saw this doctor, and you know what billing said? "Thats your problem!" Seriously? On the bill they dont even give all of the dates for each visit this doctor claims to have made. This is just plain ludicrous and out and out fraud! I have no intention of paying this bill until such time as I receive my ENTIRE RECORDS for my 10-day stay!

Horrible experience. The doctor was very rude did not care about my pain treated my boyfriend and I with disrespect, they took a urine sample which was pure red and decided not even to test it and gave me a random medication without a full diagnoses, tried to force me to drink water when it was hard for me to drink anything due to making me feel worse.. I can go on and on about this place how horrible it is, I tell you DO NOT go there, we ended up going to john muir in walnut creek and had great doctors that listened tested my urine right away gave me correct medications put me on a iv and took care of me in a correct manner.

I actually wish I could give them O stars! Im a very forgiving and calm person, I never write bad reviews but, they deserve it. My daughter was seen in this ER for stomach pain, back pain, throwing up, headaches, and many other symptoms. She has had these for awhile and couldnt get into a regular Dr. Until next month. She throws up almost every day. This hospital did a Pee test, and vitals made her wait 5 hours and then sent her home, no blood work, no imaging to see if they could find the cause of her sickness! Ive never in my life heard of such a thing.. They better hope she doesnt get worse. Shes still in pain and sick.

My Mother was admitted in May, Mothers Day weekend. Admitted through the ER, to the telemetry unit. From the time she walked through the door through discharge she experienced excellent care. She had a reaction to IV Ativan, I was so impressed with the way they cared for her and her safety. No stone was left unturned. The nurses and Doctors were forth coming with information, issues concerns and solutions. When I left her at the bedside i felt extremely confident that she was left in the most competent and caring hands. 5 stars for Sutter Delta.

I took my 14 month old son in for a laceration on his head and they applied the staples wrong!! When I took him to his pediatrician the week after, he couldnt even remove one of them and I had to take him to the emergency room again because his wound was bleeding and wouldnt stop. They then cleaned the wound properly and applied the staples tighter as it should have been done the first time. This was a horrible experience for my baby and should not have happened if the doctor there would have done his job properly.

I came because I had a swollen foot the wait time in a small room was 2 hours and I could hear all the nurses talking about alcohol drinks and playing games there were playing Charise.that made me so upset i just got out and left because i didnt even have anybody come in see me for the 2 -3 hours I was here

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Love the staff here, and I think they get a bad wrap but the few times I have had to come, once for my son who broke his collar bone, and once for myself from severe hemmoraging, and they were AMAZING!! Everyone treated me fantastic and were totally on it!

We depends on whos working how busy they are and u need to understand its er tgere are lots of critical situations going on and those take priority to less severe illnesses understandably so wait time will be longer in that case its a given. ..

They are a very great team as one unit well mannered and very professional. I loved the way that they took care of my love ones been going there for years with children and all. Thank your for all you guys hard work. Awesome.

I dont like that the ER takes forever to help their sick patients or sometimes wont even get to them. . Done with this place worst place to be seen, dont go there if your in real need to be seen
