My husband went to the emergency room last evening for bleeding excessively from an earlier surgery that day. He was left bleeding covered in blood with no nurse ever taking the time to help him other than take his vital signs. one nurse was even sarcastic saying "thats gushing."He was left there in this condition five to six hours. The physician never even recovered the wound leaving the bandages on the bed. When my dh was finally able to leave, after his surgeon was finally contacted and came to redress the wound, he was furious about the condition my dh was in and even attempted to clean him himself. The bed was saturated.

Ive had to go to the Emergency Room 3 times in the past 6 months....twice for an asthma attack and once for a stomach condition...All three of my stays were above and beyond pleasant.I was taken care of in a timely matter, all staff members from the check in station to the nurses and doctors gave me excellent service and took such great care of me.This little local hospital is a hidden gem, and I am so thankful for them being able to get me back to a happy and healthy state.I would highly recommend this hospital a d emergency room to anyone.

I have no clue how this hospital is doing right now but my uncle in law is admitted there and I hope he had a good experience. Based on the reviews I am seeing, I hope things have changed. I am going to school for nursing and will take care of every patient gueinly based on thier need. This is part of what motivate me to go it to make a difference in healthcare. Especially in the ER one day I will have more authority to make quick decisions when I reach my doctorate degree Faith in God and hope in Him is what is getting me through!!

4 days before Christmas 2012 I took my wife to st Louise hospital. Pulled up in front of the emergency doors. The security guard came out first and told me I could not park there. I responded its an emergency. Next the nurse came out same thing! At that point I asked if I should take her somewhere else. I could tell you other things about the hospital. I will just get to the point! My wife passed away. Right now I am sitting here with a collapsed lung trying to decide where to go. Definitely not there!

uncaring rude disrespectful incompetant was in with pancreintitist and was treated with disrespect rudeness received no care at all and still very ill lost 46lbs they didnt even notice didnt do any test for pancreses which i have had several times been hospitalized for they never even did test for that iam still ill vomting blood not able to eat so i guees if i do die from this my family has a law suit

I was visiting a relative in Morgan Hill and needed help with what I suspected to be Bronchitis. I was surprised by the friendly attitude at Saint Louise. Their promptness to my needs was exceptional. I was quickly taken to ER, aided by a nurse, seen by a Physician Assistant, given chest x-rays and treatment began. Five hours later, I was released feeling much better, with scripts.

I hate this place so much they did nothing but 2 pee tests and blood test Im insured and they are making me pay 2thousand dollars you did nothing I ended up going to a specialist who charged me way less and actually ran tests on me plus a CT scan useless dirty place . I heard this hospital was going to close I hope it does

My family member was brought by ambulance, seen and evaluated in ER. She had a serious injury that required surgery. We experienced the ER, the anesthesiologist, the ICU staff, & medial surgical staff. ALL took excellent care of our family member! Surprising quality of care for such a small hospital.

First impression- super shiny clean floors and restrooms. My husband was treated in the ER and later operated for kidney stones. AMAZING STAFF AND DOCTORS! Super surprised given the low rates. Great small town hospital!
