Pretty expensive, Good name brand frames, Lenses are all junk even the top notch ones. Basic lenses made everything look fish eyed. They tried to blame this on me yet my perscription never changed. Upgraded to the best they had and the lenses have an odd green tint to them in the glint of the sun and theyre supposed to stay cleaner yet they seem to attract fingerprints and theyre insanely harder to clean. Already had to take them back because the lens on the right side was falling out. Which they looked at me like I was crazy. The new lens has a tiny scratch which I was told would be easy to ignore, Payed $400 for junk. This isnt an Advert but Im going to stick with my guy at Looking Glass Optical down by hyvee. The lenses there are outstanding (I have a pair that was literally smacked off my face and kicked on the concrete and the lenses were fine.) and professional staff there make this place look like a McDonalds. If anything you could buy your frames here and then have another place put in good lenses.. And he takes Medicaid Lenscrafters does not.

I have always gone to Lenscrafters and have always been very satisfied with their fast turn around time. Recently I had a problem with my newest pair of glasses, but after talking with the sales people and the manager we actually figured out that my prescription was wrong from my last eye exam! They remade my glasses at no charge, and they were done in 1 hour! Lorna and Debarge were the best and I am so glad they turned my situation around.

Took my glasses I got from Lens Crafters into this location to be fixed because they bottom line broke. They told me that they were unrepairable and I would need to get another pair and would also need to set up an appointment. I took the glasses somewhere else and they fixed them in 5 min. This place is a joke that has aweful customer service and just wants more money from you.

Stopped in at Lens Crafters to do a price comparison with some other places in the area. People were somewhat knowledgeable, but ended up be dissatisfied. They didnt have time to answer questions like I wanted and prices were the second highest of any store I checked. I suggest better deals and service can be had elsewhere.

I just wanted to buy some lens cleaner. Stood in line for 15 mins with no acknowledgement. Cleaned my lenses with a kit and walked out.

I never had to get glasses before and everyone was super helpful and cheerful. My glasses were done in 15 minutes.
