Customers today are offered many alternatives, but my encounter at my EyeCare partner appointment was a WOW customer service experience. Each employee that I encountered, acted in a friendly, professional manner...from the front desk staff, the optometrist assistant, to Dr. Wayne VanderLeest. The employees were welcoming, friendly, knowledgable and prompt. Thank you for the great customer service experience. This is why I return to Pella Iowa from Arizona for my healthcare!

There were friendly hellos when I walked into the office. I was helped by the receptionist right away. Poured a cup of coffee and had a couple cookies. Didn"t get my coffee finished before I was called to the exam room. Did the preliminary eyework and Dr. Hundt was there quite quickly. Dr Hundt does an excellent job of explaining her work and answers all questions I ask. Does not get in a hurry, and cares about my eye health.

- Oh so expensive. - Inaccurate - my prescription was wrong and I had to return - Hard to schedule service - One of the lab people was on vacation for 5 weeks and no one was available to take their place - Slow - they must send out for all their lens work. Everything takes a week If you are willing to travel I would suggest shopping around.
