I cannot say enough great things about this location. The shining stars of this location (apart from the fabulous eyewear) are truly the people who work here. The owners and doctors, Jackie, Dr Martin and Dr Clare are amazing people who care about their patients more than anything else. They provide the best care and the best service possible to every single person who walks through the front door. The opticians are kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. Longtime employees, Christy, Marcus and Nick are exceptional at what they do and how they do it. Whether you need a new pair of glasses or just an adjustment on your current pair of glasses, one of them is sure to give you their full attention. Last time I was in town, I brought in about 7 pairs to get adjusted because they do it best! Their hours and location is very convenient and I cannot wait to see their *NEW* location when they move to the front of the mall! This Pearle is not a chain- its a locally owned franchise and the quality of their frames, lenses and team is the standout difference. I would highly suggest checking them out if you are in the Twin Cities!

Poor quality product....anti reflective coating was poor, flaked off and was poorly applied or just a poor product all together. Got two pairs for the same price as 1, 4 years prior from vison works upstairs, I treat them all the same and had no issues with the coating on those. I actually use my old glasses more. Pearl said it was user error that caused the coating to flake and the could replace the lensed at full cost. Pearls service and quality are not worth the premium price

I have been going to this Burnsville location for last 4 years. Today I had an annual check-up. As soon as I walked through the doors I was greeted with smiles, and handled with care. After my exam with Dr. Clare, it took less than 30 minutes before I found the perfect pair of glasses with the help of Christy and Beth. I love their selection, and the service was incomparable.

This location is amazing!! Their customer service is by far the best. I went in on July 3rd with broken glasses they fixed. They got me in for an exam that day. I ordered new glasses as I needed new lenses. I ordered new ones. They were ready this morning and it was supposed to be a 7-10 day wait. The staff there is awesome!! Marcus you are the best!!!

I love this place! They have a vast selection of really nice and sturdy frames. The last eye doctor I went to gave me the wrong prescription, and even when I came back and told them I thought it was wrong they wouldnt change it. Pearl Vision got my new prescription right on the first try. The staff is lovely and helpful. Would recommend to everyone!

Staff was not knowledgeable about their products. Had issues using my insurance. A male employee even told one of my 3 children that they couldnt sit on a chair as they needed them for other customers. Found better styles and sale at other store.
