I am so glad I went to Pearle Vision in Hastings. I dreaded going to get my eyes checked and having to go through the hassle of getting new glasses, but Dianas wonderful support helping me out and giving me what I call customer satisfaction instead of customer service was awesome! I know that every business provides their own customer service often without being concerned with the feelings of the customer, but Pearle Vision in Hastings with Dianas support exceeded my expectations from the start and made it really easy for me. They really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and they treat you as if you are the most important custumer they ever had. Please let them know how much I appreciate their honesty and care. I was in last week to get information about changing where I have my eye exams done. Erin was able to bring up my insurance information, schedule an exam appointment and help me to pick out a set of glasses all within a very short period of time. I was amazed at her ability to help so many people at the same time while making everyone of them feel like they were the only one in the store. Thank you very much!

When entering the hastings location you are greeted and welcomed. Nothing more pleasant then a welcoming feeling when entering the building. They are curious and on point about the knowledge of brands and willing to help answer any questions. I would recommend pearl vision to anyone and if you have a chance to go to the hastings location it is a great place to go!!!!

I went to Pearle for my exam and tp get glasses and I had a great experience at Hastings Pearle Vision. Diana was a great help educating me on the different products. I was nervous to go into a no line bifocals but she made me feel comfortable. All the representatives at Hastings were very helpful and welcoming.
