My wife and i have been taking both our son and daughter to Dr. Doan ever since they were newborns. We have always had good experiences with her. She takes the time to answer all our questions and is never in a rush. Just took in our daughter for her 4 year old immunizations and check up. Our appointment was @ 9am we got there @ 8:50am and were already called to the back @ 9:05am. Her nursing staff are always very friendly and gentle with the kids and that makes a difference when a child is going to get 3 shots in one day!! We even got our daughters ears pierced when she was a baby here. We are so glad we found a great pediatrician to care for our children.

I rate doctor Doan for 5 stars, she is very nice & professional; however the front desk made it reduce to 3 stars. When I called to make an appointment for my kids, Mai was so rude! She didnt help when I prefer the hours that flexible for our schedule! she didnt explain the hours to patient very nicely! She should take more customer services courses from school! Learn how to treat people with respect and nice! I would be nice if the office has one day of the week that open late for annual check up! Parents and kids dont have to miss out work and school!

Last time I went for my son 12 month check up our appointment was around 10 am we got there right at 10 am exactly with in 10 minutes they checked his weight and told us to wait for the doctor she came until 12 pm we waiting a while for the doctor finally come it was a long wait I did not like that what is the point of making the appointment if there gonna see you until two hours later that was the second or third time so Im changing my son doctor

I like Dr. Janie T. Doan but i hate how her office is ALWAYS packed. I get there at my appointment time and will have to wait 45 minutes to an hour in the lobby then another 15-30 minutes in the room, and everytime i try to call around 8am ( the opening time) their phone are never on. Its always the after hours recording. I called at 8:11 and got that recording. Other than those problems i love this doctor.

The staffs dont know what they are doing, mess up appointments, speaking out loud to customer.Extremely rude to customer. Have they ever been trained for their job? I HAD NEVER BEEN WITH DR DOAN, i want to give it a try , but very upset with her staffs.

I love Dr. Doan, I wouldnt want any other pediatrician for my daughters, her staff in the front of the office could use some training on being kind, not all but most!
