I love this office. I have been going here for almost two years now. I think its great that they have Saturday appointments available so I dont have to miss work in order to take my son to the doctor. The wait time has never been very long here. Im usually called back into the exam room within 10 minutes and then see a doctor within another 10-15 minutes. The office staff is extremely friendly. I also like how they handle referrals, if they say they will call with a referral the next day, then they do. They also make reminder calls about upcoming appointments.

Waited 45 minutes to be given paper work even when i asked. After, 1 hrs wait time, i was told that my insurance showed another type. Didnt call me prior to my visit that was scheduled a week before to let me know of the error. all in all, lazy office staff that meets you. Wish i would have had a good experience with this being our first time on this side of town but no. Cyfair Pediatrics is right down the street and way better.

I took my daughter in for an walk in emergency and I must say i loved it! Dr. Anna Perez was very nice, patient and friendly. What is even better is they are open on Saturdays which is also convienent. My daughter loved her and did not cry at all vs her other peditrican. If you are a new patient and do a walk in yea you will be waiting a bit but i think it is worth it. Look forward to many visits with Dr. Anna Perez.

I was giving my 1 year baby his shot , my husband observed that the nurse injected the needle directly in the bed after giving him the shot . My husband told her is it safe? She answered the baby is already got his shot so he is safe . ( of course my husband meant is it safe for the other kids and patients) . We will never go there again
