First the pros:I love Dr. Siddiqua. Both my kids have been going there for about two years. She is very fast but efficient. She answers all my questions. She is honest. She provides not only text book answers but real life answers. (If you know what I mean) The wait time is average.... She pierced my daughters ears, and the process was great! Now the Cons: During the winter months the facility is cold. It seems colder in certain rooms but its due to the large windows and poor insulations. I had to undress my newborn in a cold room. ;( The staff does not work with you if your late. You have to suck it up and reschedule, and get charged a fee. ( I know, I should be on time, but stuff happens with kids, I would love for her staff to at least try to work us in or something. Show more compassion) -- But this is my honest rating and review.

This practice is fantastic!! The waiting room is clean, orderly, and has a nice little play area for the kids. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes. The staff are very professional and friendly. The nurses are also professional and friendly. I never feel like I am bothering the staff, which is an experience I have had elsewhere. Dr. Siddiqua is very nice and I feel blessed to have had her as my childs pediatrician. She has children of her own, so you can relate to her as a mother. She is very patient and knowledgeable. She makes sure you do not have questions and does not rush the appointment. I may have to switch to another doctor because of insurance issues, which makes me sad, but I highly recommend this doctor for your children!!

I love Dr. Siddqa her bedside manners are the greatest! She answers every question in detail. I travel over an hour to see her every visit because I loved her from the beginning. Its ashame that her staff is not so great. I called three weeks ago regarding treatment she recommended I am yet to receive a call. Last week I called twice regarding suggestions for my son who traveled Friday and yet to get a call back. I called yesterday regarding the same treatment from 3 weeks ago and no one has returned my call! Her staff makes her look bad!
