I had a horrible experience with the billing department. They forced me to sign a non-covered service agreement after my policy clearly stated that the procedure was covered. I have spoken to several insurance agents that say it was to be 100% covered and now receiving a bill for $389 from the dental office. The insurance company clearly stated the office send a claim, which never reached the insurance company. Before my appointment I overheard the billing office complaining of another client and dealing with their insurance company too. Besides this issue, my sister also had a root canal surgery which went totally wrong and eventually the dentist who did her procedure was terminated. I dont recommend this place to anyone!

My family and I have been going to Professional Dental for more than 3 years. We really like the staff and service they provide there. The people are very friendly, they explain the procedures clearly and they help you to feel comfortable in what can be a discomforting situation. I have three kids under the age of 12 and none of them complain or feel scared when it is time to go to the dentist. Thanks Dr. Nowak and Dr. Kraby for all your great work!

The staff from the moment you walk in the door are very inviting and pleasant. I just had my teeth cleaned with the routine inspection and my experience was fantastic! My hygienist (Sherry) was very personable with a wonderful personality and upbeat attitude. Then Dr. Swingdorf walked in...made my day even better with his fantastic attention to detail and true concern about my dental health. I already made my next appointment :)

He is very gentle and kind, always taking time to explain what needs to be done, and gives options for the best possible treatment. He was also extremely helpful in finding an orthodontist when my daughter needed braces.
