I did not want metal bridge for fear you would see the grey/black look since it was toward front of smile. (I have white/porcelein on other side so this is what I wanted and told him). He said, no the metal will be "easier" for him to do and will not be seen and shined a light in my mouth and said "Oh, yes, with your teeth there will be no issue with it showing through." After paying for this (all of the cost my me!) and having it applied, as soon as he handed me the mirror I was devestated. My tooth next to my front large tooth looked grayish black and he tried to pretend I was crazy! I moved the mirror in the light and turn facing him and then he admitted to the color change. He said I could make a appointment to put a veneer to cover that tooth to mask the color. I did this and she wanted to know what form of payment I was going to use! ARE YOU SERIOUS! I asked, he should have taken resposiblity and fixed. I never went back. BEWARE!!!!!! Go elsewhere.

The two dentists Dr Tanya and Dr Heidi are wonderful. I have always had really negative experiences at the dentist office in my past until I started seeing Dr Bruce. I actually finished my first dental plan ever with him but he soon retired then I seen Dr Heidi who is great. Then just recently I had a crown just crumble and needed an emergency appointment, they got me in right away. There was only Dr Tanya available so I gave it try with her and it went great as well. I have gone to at least 10 dentist through out my life and these dentists are great. You wont regret giving them a try, I promise....

You are the best ever! My wife, Myrtle, and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit for treatment at your office on August 22, 2016. It was our privilege to meet such welcoming staff. Without a doubt, the most thorough exam ever experienced. After moving down here I discovered that my prior exams were incomplete. After the two hour exam and cleaning, I had a greater appreciate for what is going on inside my mouth. I like the style here where after this thorough exam, you are called back for a consult to determine the best course of action. Everyone is so nice and understanding and from the time I walked through the door, I felt like I was treated as a person as opposed to being just another appointment. Thank Christa and Dr. Tanya. Youre the best.

Dr. Tanya and her dental hygienist Kim is simply amazing! I have really bad phobia of the dentist due to something that went on in my past as I was younger when going to the dentist office, so I stayed away for quite a few years. They are very welcoming and dont put you down. They make you feel at ease and make sure you are comfortable. Thank you for making my trip to the dentist a pleasant one. I can honestly say I am looking forward to getting my mouth back to being healthy with the help of Dr. Tanya!

Unbelievable service!!! I came here for a cleaning and check up and was very satisfied with how every staff member treated/served me. Dr. Smith informed me of a problem with the way my bite is aligned and what my options for getting this taken care of as a student (a.k.a. as a broke person) are. She is an amazing person with an awesome personality. I will be there tomorrow for my fillings and have decided that I will go to Dr. Smith for all of my dental needs for as long as I am in Minnesota:)

Incredibly friendly staff, and the environment is both welcoming and pleasant. I had not been to the dentist in many years, and was relieved to have the staff kindly provide recommendations to get my hygiene back on track. They used modern technology and practices, and ensure that patients are both comfortable and informed of issues and solutions. Location is very convenient, hours are flexible for appointments....what can I say, they are the best in town!

The reception area has a wonderful view and has a screen with "health tips" & biographical information. Carrin, the hygienist is so efficient and Dr. Tanya uses the latest technologies to give the best possible care. Brittney helped me completely understand my insurance. I have gone to this Practice for my dentistry needs since the early 1970s. It is reassuring to know that the strong Heart of the City Dental legacy continues. Sincerely :)

Very happy with my cleaning! I was scheduled for the cleaning right after my X-ray and everything went smoothly. Dr. Tanya was very professional and her service recommendations are reasonable. Amanda was my hygienist and she did a great job. The office was nicely decorated and very clean. I loved how non-pushy they are about services, and because of that Id probably be coming back for more. Highly recommend this dental office to all.

When my long-time dentist moved out of my area, I was very concerned about finding a new dental clinic. After looking online, I decided to try Heart of the City Dental. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable! The office was very nice and I felt very welcome! They did a thorough exam and gave me ideas for optional dental work (like adult sealant) but they were not pushy about it. I will gladly be returning to their office!

After not seeing a dentist for over a decade I was a little apprehensive about having a check up. Dr. Tanyas team was great. I didnt feel pressured or lectured at all. I got great care and was given lots of options of how to get my health back on track. This office truly cares for their clients and is only there to help.
